Easy red velvet cake layered with creamy macadamia ice cream - Made with @naturescharm coconut whipping cream and sweetened condensed coconut milk!

You HAVE to try it! It’s delicious, easy, and impressive! Here's what you'll need

Red velvet box mix
Melted vegan butter
Aquafaba
Plant milk
1 cup soaked or boiled macadamia nuts
2 cans Nature’s Charm Coconut Whipping Cream, one chilled overnight
1 can Nature’s Charm Condensed Coconut milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp blue spirulina
1 cup strawberries

GF Vermicelli MM Way (overt fat free, soy free, grain free, nuts/legumes/seeds free)

I am excited to post this AHMAZING overt fat free recipe that is made with clean and healthy ingredients❣

If you love pasta and if you are GF & grain free then this @bgofood Vermicelli will blow your mind.
They are made with one ingredient: organic sweet potatoes and are so versatile.

I am not sponsored by them.
This pasta is one of my family's favorite and I want to share with you the recipe I created just for us (the @medicalmedium community and EVERYONE who wants to stay healthy:)💟💟

This meal is so well balanced with flavor, phenomenal nutrients and texture.

"Cabbage is one of the most healthful and least expensive vegetables" @medicalmedium

I do have couple of tips that need to be mentioned:
1. Not all cabbage is the same, so try to use Asian (Taiwan cabbage) if possible.
It's more soft, flavorful and delicate...more like the iceberg lettuce of the cabbage family lol.

2. Make the dressing more liquidy if you don't serve it right away as the vermicelli noodles will absorb a lot of liquid if they stay longer.

Ingredients:
1 bag of cooked @bgofood Purple sweet potatoes vermicelli

Dressing:
2 cups cauliflower florets steamed
3-5 garlic cloves steamed
1-3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and white pepper to taste
Hot water as needed

Vegetables:
2 red peppers, cut into thin julienne strips
1/4 sweet vidalia onion, sliced thin
4 cups asian cabbage shredded as thin as possible
1 thai chili fresh sliced
Green onion
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and white pepper to taste

Optional add fresh herbs chopped very fine: sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, dill, spearmint and/or cilantro

Directions:
Massage all the vegetables with the salt and pepper.
Let sit for 5 min to allow the flavors to blend.

Meanwhile make the dressing by blending everything in a high speed blender adding one Tbsp of hot water at the time. (You are looking for the sourcream consistency)

Taste and adjust the spices.

Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.

Add the vermicelli and toss gently.

Add fresh herbs if using.

For those that love ooey, gooey food: Pesto, Mozzarella and Tomato Sandwich. Thanks to the fabulous @carrotsandflowers for this easy but drool-worthy creation. Perfect for omni friends and fam.

Recipe for 4:
- 8 slices bread
- 1/2 cup vegan pesto
- 1/3 cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Peaceful Rebel Meltable Mozz
- 2-4 tsp balsamic glaze
- 4 Tbl vegan butter
.
1. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with some butter. Set aside 4 of the slices.
2. Place 4 slices, buttered side down, on a griddle pan on medium heat. Spread each with pesto, then top with tomatoes and cheese.
3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, then top with the remaining bread, butter side up.
4. When golden brown, flip them over. Cover with a lid for a couple minutes to get the cheese nice and melted. It should be golden on the outside and gooey inside. Enjoy!
