TOP 3 in Britain 🇬🇧

That was one of the strongest natural athletes lineup I have competed yet!
Fair game. 🔥

Beautiful, strong women I got to share the stage with. 🫶

My next British Championship is untested, so I’ll be facing some even more seriously impressive physiques. 🫠

Shout out to my sports therapists for helping with my back and shoulder stiffness. I couldn’t have posed & flexed my back at its best without your help!!

This is what it’s all about for me 🫶🏽

I feel like I’ve finally found the community where I’m meant to be. A place where I’ve grown alongside old friends, made new ones along the way, and shared a genuine love for bodybuilding with people who understand what it means to give so much their goals.

Everyone is on their own journey, facing their own challenges and working relentlessly to show up for themselves regardless of what is going on in their lives.

To have shared moments with these people, both on and off stage, has genuinely been a privilege.

People may remember what you achieved, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel ❤️

PCA Naturals 2026 • 400 athletes
What. a. SHOW WEEKEND.
@pca_official @natzsobossy @pca_tanning_and_mua 👏👏👏

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came to support me, cheered me on, and made the day so special! 🥺 Every message, compliment & kind word means so much!

@isabelafara28 you are a Legend! Thank you for looking after me! 🫶

2 x 2nd places in stacked classes, in Britain. 🇬🇧
PROUD of the physique I brought to this championship. The balance was WAY better than 2024, & the only real difference I need to make now is getting the lower body even more conditioned.

QUADS. DRYER.
Yessir 🔪🔪🔪

Sadly, we didn’t quite manage to land the best look I’d been holding for weeks. I never had my hormonal cycle during show weekend, so that was another new piece of data for us to take away and learn from.

And, of course, juggling other projects, stress outside of prep, and running around like a headless chicken on questionable sleep during peak week didn’t exactly help either. 😂

That said, I improved the things that were within my power overnight: GLAZE (as I was glazed wayyyy too early on the first run), better quad flexion and focus, more control over stress, and less food + water compared with Saturday. Every show gives you more information, so we are taking all on board.

Myself & my best friends, who are like mothers to me, have decided to adjust my schedule to suit my needs. For the next few weeks, I’m putting myself first, shutting out the noise and focusing fully on getting into the condition the PCA judges are looking for. 🔪

Because we’re aiming for that British title and Pro Card in October. 💪🔥

There isn’t a huge amount that needs changing - just the right adjustments, the right approach and the time to execute it.

Hopefully, next time I’ll be able to bring something the judges will absolutely LOVE seeing in the bikini division… from a natty. 💃🏻

THAT’s the bodybuilding - collect data, make adjustments, back to the grind 🧱 While celebrating and respecting the winners of the day.
.
Stay humble.

Bikini Tall 🥈 at PCA Dutch Pro Qualifier this weekend for @meghanffit 👏🏻

A little side quest to box off an international show and have another stab at a PCA pro card just narrowly missing to the overall winner.

Ridiculous class standard of bikini girls , especially the top 3.

Now we have one final show to lock in for - PCA Naturals finals in 2 weeks to finish the season in style.

Immensely proud as always and some look delivered 🎯

Expect the unexpected 🤷‍♀️

Unexpected win for my third show dubbing me a PCA pro 🥹 But unexpected chaos on show morning with an escaped pig hahaha

Stunning shield & sword, supportive partner & friends, caring coach, friendly fellow competitors & PCA team: overall (😉) I’m feeling extremely blessed for such a promising first competitive season!

18 weeks in at the time of PCA Wales, with more shows to come 🤩
