Rich in life because I found the girls I can completely be myself with 🤍

No bullshit. No judgement. No topic off limits.
The deep chats, the ridiculous chats, the shared memories, the belly laughs and somehow knowing every word to every rap song ever written 😂

Girls you can be vulnerable with, celebrate with, work hard with and play even harder with.

And maybe one of my favourite parts… we all built businesses that meant we could take a random midweek trip to Greece together without asking anyone for the time off. 🙌🏼

20 photos that don’t even begin to capture this weekend 🤍

And that first one feels particularly special.

The first time I went to UKNC, I went on my own. A team of one with a whole lot of faith in what I was building. The next year there were a couple more of us, then a few more… and this year 18 members of our team came together in Birmingham 🥹

18 different stories, different reasons for starting and different versions of the life they’re creating.

We watched two of our team promote to their next level and walk the stage, having that moment of recognition for all the work and growth that happened long before anyone applauded it. @slizford @gavford80

And then two more of our incredible team members took to the stage to train an entire auditorium. They shared what they’d learned, completely held the room and afterwards, person after person told us how much they’d taken from them. @joy.by.jess.mcgovern @sarahlou_white

And I kept thinking about where they started.

Like all of us, they once made a decision to give this a go for their own reasons, trusting there was a system they could follow and that, if they were willing to do the work, it could help them create more of the life they wanted.

Since then, they’ve built, grown, leaned into personal development and become incredible leaders who are now doing the same for others.

Building people who go on to build people. 🤍

That, for me, is leadership.

Add in the laughter, drinks incentives earned by a special few, big conversations, quiet moments, friendships and everything we heard about what’s coming next for Arbonne… I somehow left nearly seven years into this journey more excited about the future than ever.

So grateful for the life this business has given me, the purpose, the growth, the friendships and the privilege of watching other people discover what they’re capable of.

What a weekend. What a community. And we’re only getting started ✨
