ten years of supta 🌟

to celebrate a decade, we created a limited edition collection ~ something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time

ten growth rings to honor ten years of movement, connection & community

everyday pieces made from undyed heavyweight cotton with relaxed silhouettes + simple embroidered details. knitted, cut + sewn in california

we’ve had so much fun living in this collection, photographing it & watching it come to life within our community

made to be worn often, lived in fully + taken far beyond the studio

a little piece of supta to take with you, wherever you go

special shout out to @grayizbae for her keen design eye + helping us bring this vision to life

all shot on film by @faithrohrer 🌞

as you know ~ we love props

we’re SO excited to teach our first ‘props as practice’ workshop this sunday @ 11am

this one is all about b l o c k s ~ exploring how to incorporate them in ways that feel supportive, intentional & honestly kind of game-changing

together, we’ll move slowly, transition mindfully & explore how blocks can offer support, feedback, organization, strength & ease in familiar shapes

all levels welcomed ~ especially if you’re interested in refining your movement & deepening awareness

bring your curiosity ~

A last minute trip is sometimes the exact one you need 🌿

The Sacred Valley in Peru has been a place of cultivation and ceremony for centuries; carved by glaciers, teeming with life.

Hiking here felt almost otherworldly!

I vividly remember learning about the mountain ranges in year 3 at school (shout out Mr Jones!), and with the confidence of a 7 year old, knew that the Andes were obviously the BEST ones 👌🏼

The richness of this culture & land was evident everywhere you looked, and the scale of the Andes Mountains Range was truly breathtaking.

Getting to spend my time there not only adventuring, but deep diving into breath & movement mechanics with a bunch of humans as nerdy as I am about it was an absolute privilege (more on that soon).

For now, dropping the snaps I took on my camera 📷 and quietly reminiscing on the adventure that pushed me back out of my comfort zone again 🙏🏼🇵🇪⛰️

@movementmethod.co teacher training in the (cr)andes 🇵🇪

What an incredible experience. @kategillespie and
@mattphippen, thank you for being
champions of your craft, for your leadership, generosity and humour! I’m grateful to learn from you!

I’m also grateful the amazing group of people I got to share this experience with. We had an epic time!

I’ve been practicing and incorporating more functional movement for a while (thanks @kategillespie) and can’t wait to share more in my classes. Things are shifting in a needed & really good way. Let’s get functional 🤙🏼
