I love working in a place that lets me proudly be every single color of myself! Every June @barrys raises money for the LGBTQ community through United We Barry’s! You workout and win prizes. We donate to @trevorproject for every finisher!

Sign up solo or with a pal or 3 to get involved! All classes taken from June 1-30 count even if you haven’t signed up yet. Be gay! Do sprints!!

HAPPY PRIDE! 🌈✨

I’m still at a loss for words by all the support we received this week at our Pride Season Opener! This is what community is truly about, coming together to celebrate love and uplift one another. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by so many incredible individuals in both my personal and professional life! I can’t wait for the next one!

First ever Afterburn Denver: complete. ✔️

Denver, you showed OUT. Good music, sweaty workout, no hangover, exactly what we came here to do. Thank you for making episode one everything we dreamed it would be. And while having fun, you helped donate $200 for Children’s Hospital of Colorado!

Special Shoutout to our vendors!
@barrys for sponsoring the workout
@stretchlablohi for sponsoring the Recovery
@tajaesthetics_mobilebotox for botox and free lip flip
@shopbeej for playful couples gummies
@aceeatserve for sponsoring the venue
@dj_enjin and @theloganspencer for the live DJ set

After Burn season one is underway. You won’t want to miss what’s next!
