Seasonal changes these first few months of the year to autumn, from deep Sydney summer research, snow storms in turtle island, Japan for bike rides and old friends, western Australian welcomes, Phuket biennale my face from child-adulthood carrying the same gait, flips up the wall, kisses from family - giddy to the year of the horse 💋

~ sandlewood insence, dragon's blood fires, the perfume of darkness. Enough flowers for a funeral. Woollen socks, woollen blankets. Waiting by the kettle for the water to boil. On full moon we meet to read tarot. A table of sourdough donuts and the @ingelara_farm pumpkin that Kit and Billy grew from their compost. Baby Genie pulls his fortune & we admire the Queen of Wands black cat. Julia tells us animal shelters are full of black cats because people see them as bad luck. 🐈‍⬛ #35mm
