Time, effort, and opportunities are not unlimited.
Train intelligently and efficiently — without mistakes in the process.

Anyone who publicly publishes a tennis training TIP can significantly influence the development of players and coaches.

Their TIP should be able to stand up to professional evaluation and demonstrate that what they publish is correct, helpful, and not harmful.

Anyone can make mistakes. But no one should be afraid of having their publicly published TIP evaluated.

Every tennis coach HAS an opinion.
Every player CAN HAVE an opinion.
Every expert CAN HAVE an opinion.
Every parent WILL HAVE an opinion.

But what makes a tennis training TIP truly good?

It must be good as a whole — without introducing new mistakes or bad habits.

One good thing in a TIP does not justify something harmful in the same TIP.

The hardest things to correct are bad habits and automated errors.
That is why TennisVerdict was created.

TennisVerdict takes real, publicly published tennis training TIPs and evaluates them together with the TennisVerdict community.
1. WATCH THE TIP.
2. VOTE + SEE THE RESULT.
3. THEN SEE OUR VERDICT.

TennisVerdict is funded exclusively by Patreon income. Those who find value in our services help fund its continued independent development.

FIRST SERIES — 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

The same for everyone.

Nothing comes close to how much fun I have playing tennis. Husband is getting great at tennis too 👌 grooming him as my life long tennis partner was easier than I thought. Thanks to all the coaches I follow for all the great tips 👏😁

A few check points to help fine-tune your take back.
On the take back, the off hand helps not only with the shoulder and hip coil, it also helps with the racket lift = the racket head will be above your hitting hand.
Ideally, your dominant hand stays between hip and shoulder for an optimal range of your take-back.

Thank you, @slowmotennis for letting me use your FANTASTIC footage!

What do you think? Will Aryna Sabalenka win the Sunshine Double?
