🥳 Tuesdays at 7:00 pm @myspiritofyoga — Join Gullveig for Yoga Nidra Chakra Balancing 🌈💜

💞The Yoga Sutras speak of multiple states of mind – one of which is Nidra, the quality of active dreaming. Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided meditation that creates deep physical relaxation, assists in the releasing of deep seated habits, and can expand an existing spiritual practice. Yoga Nidra is excellent for those seeking to develop a meditation practice or looking for healing of physical and emotional injuries. 💜

Gullveig (Lisa) @amber.serpent is a student of Kamini Desai @kaminidesaiphd — She has been a Yoga Nidra practitioner for several years, fully committed to the practice of this authentic expression of yoga. #yoganidra 💕

Please RSVP for this class using the #mindbodyapp ❤️ Social distancing is honored. Please wear a mask 😷 #besafe 🙏

“The answers you seek never come when the mind is busy, they come when the mind is still.”

Are you ready to start the year off right? Are you ready for a mindset shift? What does 2021 have in store for you?

Join us as we take some time to start the year with passion and purpose. Be intentional and set an intention to make 2021 the comeback you’ve been waiting for.

We’ll be hosting a live virtual event with our resident yoga instructor Coach Mel. She will be leading us through a workshop on the importance of setting intentions, how to set intentions and will end with a short yoga nidra meditation using our intentions.

If you’re ready to jump start your year, then grab your yoga mat, something to write with and join us live on social media on Friday, January 22 at 12pm - 12:30pm MST. BYO meal and meditate.

Yoga Nidra is practiced on lying on the mat (or anywhere else you can lie down) in corpse pose.

Registration required. Comment/DM or e-mail us your e-mail address to info@findyourshinetherapy.com to reserve your spot. Space is limited!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?! 🤯🤯

Today is the DAY y’all!

In honor of Summit Day ONE we’re sharing a little #BehindTheScenes 👀

Our #1 reason why ticket holders were drawn to this event was because it’s created BY WOC & for WOC💚

The 2nd top reason was because of our WOC community 🥰

Over 75% of our Together Thriving community found us through Instagram & speaker referrals 🙌🏽 shoutout to our amazing speakersss!

AND in the past 30 days we’ve almost doubled our IG following!

We couldn’t have gotten her without y’all’s kind words, cheering us on online & in person, and for all of you BEING here in this space🙏🏿

✨We are SO grateful for you, our community members! 🌿

Whether you liked a post, donated to our crowdfunding campaign, got a ticket for you mom, or shared this event with a friend… it took a VILLAGE and we're honored that you were a part of it ☺️

Partner, let me upgrade you?!” ✨

💥OUR BLACK FRIDAY DEAL IS HERE Y’ALL AND IT IS UN REAL💥

💧➡️🌍

Meaninggggg you are paying $47 for a ticket that’s normally $97 #SAYWHAAAAA

Wait wait y’all!! It gets better!!
We know not everyone can afford 1:1 coaching, pricing is often inaccessible so we took it ONE STEP FURTHER and extended the free upgrade to our highest tier!!

If you purchase a EARTH TICKET between now and Monday November 30, you will get a free upgrade to the FIRE TICKET (which includes TWO private 1:1 calls with TT WOC’s co-founders who just so happen to be certified wellness coaches too 😎)
🌎➡️🔥

AKA you are paying for $97 for a ticket that’s normally $197 😱😱

LEMME UPGRADE YAAAA

If you’ve been wanting to get a ticket this is THE BEST TIME to do it y’all! We won’t do another deal again, trust!😏

AAAAND if you have a WOC sister, mother, friend who would benefit from this summit- a ticket would be a great experience gift idea don’t ya think? ;😜 we’re obviously biased tho🧡

When was the last time you were surrounded by women of color (WOC) who share your experiences? 🤔

Now more than ever we need to focus on our wellness in and with community. This is what @togetherthrivingwoc is all about. ✨

This summit is designed to create a safe, healing event and online space for WOC needing wellness tools, knowledge, and support so WOC can stop just surviving and start thriving. The summit showcases diverse BIWOC thought leaders discussing wellness through the lens of WOC in an effort to decenter whiteness in the wellness industry. 🙌🏾

Together Thriving envisions a world where all WOC have the knowledge, community, and tools they need to heal and thrive in their daily lives. ☀️

Join us at the inaugural Together Thriving Virtual Wellness Summit, for and by WOC where we'll be speaking about ways to reframe our understanding of racial(ized) trauma. 👋🏽

Tickets are priced at FOUR tiers for accessibility. 🌱

GIVE/GIFT some tickets to the WOC in your lives, including yourself! 🎁

(P.S. If you're a WOC ally/accomplice, find out how you can support by emailing togetherthrivingsummit@gmail.com)
