When the entire media team has other commitments and suddenly you’re the photographer, interviewer, videographer, social media manager, AND content creator for tonight’s @lakeview show 😂

Tonight I’m Kyle. I’m Melissa. I’m Libby.

You can call me whatever you want, just don’t call me not busy. 🤣📸

Still can’t believe I get to say this.

I was chosen as one of three @shinedown fans to carry a @campsnapcamera through the Lunatic Ball this weekend and capture it from our side of the barricade. Shinedown’s music has carried me through so much, and now I get to help hold the memory of this weekend for all of us. I’m still a little in disbelief.

It means more than I can fit in a caption. Music is how I’ve always found my people, and tonight proved it again, including one of my fellow camera-carriers (hi, @melissamarshall219 🤍).

SD Nation, if you see the girl with a little silver camera, come say hi. Let’s capture this moment together. Tomorrow is a full day and I want you in the frame.

Touched down in Florida for FOUR days of live music at @topeka.vacations 🎶

Before the trip, I asked @the.gathered.grove to put together a “Blind Date with a Book” for me. The ONLY clue I gave her? The venue was inspired by Almost Famous (which just so happens to be my favorite movie of all time).

She NAILED IT 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It’s not just the book, either. It’s all the thoughtful little extras she includes that turn it into an entire experience. A whole cozy night in, wrapped up in one adorable package.

Romance? Thrillers? Autobiographies? An oddly specific obsession with 1970s rock ‘n’ roll? She’s got you covered. 🤘🏼

Seriously, this would make the PERFECT gift for the book lover in your life (or a little treat-yourself moment because you deserve it).

Go give @the.gathered.grove a follow and let her set you up on your next blind date. 🖤

Girl, you’re not crazy. It’s just hormones. 🫠

For YEARS, women were made to feel like absolute psychopaths when really, their hormones were just playing pinball inside their bodies.

That irrational outburst over absolutely nothing? Could be your hormones.

Waking up in a pool of sweat? Tossing and turning for hours at 3am? Brain fog, exhaustion, irritability, low libido? Yep, hormones could be playing a role there, too.

And the good news? You don’t have to just accept it.

For just $45, you can have your hormone levels tested at @monarch_nwi and work with their team to explore a treatment plan that’s right for YOU.

For me? A tiny hormone pellet that I only have to think about every 3–4 months has been a game changer. 🙌

Perimenopause might be a bitch, but suffering through it doesn’t have to be your only option. 💁‍♀️

Had a little yap session with @kc_bruner before she hit the Hometown Jams stage in Crown Point.

Maybe it was the Hugo Spritz talking, but she spilled a little tea on her debut EP dropping this November 👀☕️
We can’t wait to hear what she’s been working on, and you’re going to want her on your new music radar as well!

How lucky are we that we got a few minutes to yap with @jakebanfieldmusic before his set last weekend? 🤠🎤

With 1.2 MILLION followers on TikTok and 1.1 MILLION monthly listeners on Spotify, it’s safe to say Jake is an artist you’re going to want to keep on your radar. 👀🎶

And after seeing him absolutely crush it on the Hometown Jams stage, we have a feeling this won’t be the last time we see him in our neck of the woods. 🤞🏼

But Jake… we still gotta know:

How did Crown Point stack up against Brisbane, Australia? 👀😂🤭

DJ Kyndred will NOT play “Free Bird”… but he WILL play “MMMBop.” 🤭

We caught up with @kyndredmusic , Hometown Jams’ resident DJ, to get some of his hottest takes.

Check out the full interview and tell us: do you agree with his takes or are you immediately requesting “Free Bird” out of spite? 👇🏼😂

If you had to describe Hometown Jams in ONE word… what would it be? 👀

We hit the barricade and let the fans answer for us. And honestly? Y’all understood the assignment. 😂

Now it’s your turn: one word. How would YOU describe Hometown Jams? 👇

Every team needs two girls with cameras, content calendars and way too many ideas. 😂

“Wait… I have an idea” is basically our love language at this point. 👀
