Huge shoutout to @melissasheridan for having me on this song. I loved it from the first second I heard the demo and it’s been such an honor to be able to sing it 🙏🏻

Emil has been the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus to so many through more than 15 years of service with Nashville Youth for Christ.

He has walked alongside students through unimaginable circumstances, from grief to time in jail, offering compassion, hope, and a steady presence when they needed it most. The lives he’s touched, and the paths he’s helped students find, are part of a legacy that will continue long after his retirement!

As a thank-you, our staff and board came together to give Emil a custom left-handed Taylor guitar and a leather cross strap. It feels just right: Emil is like a beautifully written song; his impact will keep resonating in the lives of our students and in our hearts for years to come.

Emil, thank you for giving so much of yourself. We wish you every happiness in retirement! #sothankful #jjm #yfc #serveyouth #nashvilletn

Had to have a little fun with the rolling credits on this one! 🎬

Since “Smile” plays over the end credits of Hard Feelings, I figured I’d bring a little bit of that movie magic over here.

Really grateful to have played a part in bringing this song to life, and I can’t wait for y’all to hear the full song!

Hard Feelings is already out, so go give it a watch if you haven’t yet!

“Hard Feelings” @melissasheridan 2026 Nashville Horror Film Festival Official Selection. Screening at @regalmovies at Green Hills October 3rd. Screenings start at 11am. Free event. Big shout out to @screamifyapp #filmfestival #shortfilm #nashvilletn #filmfest #horrormovies

2 days. 100°F. A car with no AC. 🥵🎬

We had to take breaks between scenes just to cool down, but we made it and made some magic along the way! The car scenes were fun, crazy, and definitely unforgettable.

So grateful for the incredible crew behind the cameras who make all of this possible and @jett.sheridan . ❤️🎥✨

Behind the Scenes from “Not My Dad.” A short film production with one heck of a crew.

It’s funny how quickly a group of people can fall into a rhythm and feel like family when everyone shows up ready to work and make something special together.

Long days, a LOT of laughs, and everyone pulling in the same direction. There’s nothing quite like it.

Grateful for this crew and the work we made together!
