The countdown to the Nedbank Gravel Burn is officially on! ⏳

Stay tuned, because I’ll be taking you along for the ride as I tackle all 7 stages — from the preparation and challenges to the highs and everything in between. 🚵‍♂️🏔️

The Women’s Half was such a wholesome way to close off Women’s month. Congratulations to all the ladies that crossed the start line. Extra Kudos to those that climbed Munro Drive, I was just walking it and cishe ngafa.

Join us live in Conversation, tomorrow 30 August at 18:00 as we have our last Beyond The BiB live conversation with @mellospoke , as she shares her running & cycling adventures. If you have a question to ask her, please send me a DM or leave it in the comments.

The end of an iconic chapter. It’s hard to sum up everything this chapter has brought in 20 photos and a few words.

Almost four years ago, I took a chance on something completely different. After building a career as a chef for 10 years, I stepped into marketing and community management with no real idea where it would lead. I was excited, nervous, and ready for something new.

Four years later, this chapter at CIOVITA comes to an end.

I never could have imagined everything these past few years would bring. The lessons, friendships, opportunities, challenges, growth, and memories have shaped me in ways I never expected. I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside some incredibly talented people and be part of something really special.

A special thank you to @charl_i_am for believing in me, supporting me, challenging me, and creating an environment where I could grow both personally and professionally. I’ll always be grateful for your leadership.

This one is bittersweet. I’ll miss the people, the moments, and everything that came with this chapter.

I’m excited and nervous about the unknown, but the best things in my life have happened when I stepped outside my comfort zone. Here’s to seeing where this next chapter leads.

I’ll keep it colourful, as always. 🎨
