✨ SOUND BATH + REIKI ✨ What happens when you combine the vibration of sound with the healing energy of Reiki? You get an experience designed for deep rest, relaxation, and receiving. As Nadine guides you through a journey of sound, Jenny and Val will move quietly through the room, offering individual Reiki to those who are resting. Sound works through frequency and vibration, while Reiki offers a gentle intention of healing. Together, they create a beautiful opportunity to settle the nervous system, quiet the busy mind, and drop a little deeper into stillness. There will be nothing to accomplish. Nothing to figure out. Just time to rest, listen, and receive. Afterward, we’ll gather for tea and conversation—a gentle way to ease back into the evening and connect with one another. Saturday, October 10 | 5–7:15 PM The Well | Downtown Port Angeles 222 N. Lincoln Street Sliding scale: $40 / $55 / $70 ✨ Only a few spots remain! We expect this gathering to be full on the day of the event, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, please reserve your spot ahead of time. Link in bio for more info & registration

Join us for a nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and simply receive. Saturday, October 10th 5PM-7:15PM We’ll begin with a warm welcome and introduction before settling into a 75-minute sound bath accompanied by individual Reiki. As you rest comfortably, the soothing vibrations of sound and the gentle energy of Reiki will offer an invitation to quiet the mind, release tension, and settle more deeply into the present moment. We’ll then transition slowly into a cozy tea gathering, sharing a calming herbal tea and time for quiet conversation and connection. Think of it as a gentle bridge from deep rest back into the world — warm, unhurried, and spacious. No experience with sound baths or Reiki is necessary. Space is limited Head to thewellportangeles.com for a link to register, or my OfferingTree site, or message me for the link!
