To my sisters, 🌙

Thank you for being exactly who you are. Thank you for showing up as yourselves, for loving each other so wholeheartedly, and for making Gamma Phi Beta a sisterhood that truly empowers women.

Recruitment is the first of my many lasts in this chapter. It’s the beginning of the end of a season that has given me some of the most meaningful memories, friendships, and lessons of my life. As bittersweet as these lasts are, I am so grateful that I get to experience them alongside all of you.

Being your president has been one of the most rewarding honors of my life. Getting to watch each of you grow, find your confidence, support one another, and become the women you are meant to be has made every moment worth it. I could not be more proud of this chapter and, more importantly, of each and every one of you.

What makes Gamma Phi Beta so special is that we have never needed to fit the typical sorority stereotype. We are so much more than that. We are women who want to show up for each other. Women who celebrate each other’s successes, carry each other through the hard moments, and remind one another of our strength. We are a sisterhood built on the belief that women are stronger when they lift each other up.

This chapter means more to me than I could ever put into words. You all mean more to me than you know. Gamma Phi has challenged me, shaped me, humbled me, and given me a place where I have felt truly surrounded by women who want the best for one another.

So, to my sisters: thank you. Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, making me laugh, challenging me, and allowing me to lead you. Thank you for making this chapter what it is. I am endlessly proud to call you my sisters, and I will forever be grateful that I get to be your president during this chapter of our lives.

Here’s to the lasts, the memories, the women we have become, and the women we are still becoming.

I love you all more than you know.

LAFF Night 3 - Top 10 Competition!

Since I was fourteen years old, I have attended LAFF and watched incredible groups of miss queens take the stage to answer the on-stage question. I looked up to those girls and always wanted the chance to stand up there to answer that question, and at the 2026 Convention, that dream became a reality. ☺️🖤🥘✨🌹⚜️

Hearing my contestant number called along with The Gumbo Festival as a part of the Top 10 filled me with such gratitude and excitement. My entire morning was spent absolutely gushing about my festival, its history, and the value it brings to Jefferson Parish; to know that the preparation and love I put into my answers paid off was the most amazing part of it. I even had the opportunity to intertwine Gumbo with the answer to my on-stage question, which made the moment even sweeter! ☺️🖤🥘✨🌹⚜️

Not only did I make the Top 10 with some of my best friends in the festival world, but I had the honor of holding sweet Emily’s hand as she was named the 2026 Louisiana Association of Fairs & Festivals Queen! Em, I am so proud of you and cannot wait for all of the memories we will continue to make this year! ☺️🖤🥘✨🌹⚜️

To our 2025 LAFF Queen Gracie, thank you so much for being unapologetically you this year! God knew what he was doing when he placed us together as festival queens, and it has been such a blessing to stand alongside you for the majority of your reign. You represented fairs and festivals with so much passion, regardless of whether they were big or small, and always made sure that everyone felt included. I am so lucky to call you one of my festie besties, and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for you, my girl! ☺️🖤🥘✨🌹⚜️
