Waving bye to our pop up space👋😁 Today was our final class in the pop-up space that welcomed so many first workouts, familiar faces, and unforgettable moments. A huge thank you to everyone who stuck with us throughout this journey and for your patience as we worked toward opening our permanent home. Your support has meant everything, and we couldn’t have done it without this incredible community.🤍 We’ll see you in our brand-new Pvolve San Francisco studio when we officially open on Monday, July 27. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors and start this exciting new chapter together.🫶 See you at the studio🌟

dear trufusion san francisco, thank you for introducing me to a new world of fitness. a new world of community. a new world of strength, both physically and mentally. i started out as a girl who walked into a studio to take a group fitness class with her best friend for her birthday🩶little did i know how much trying this one new thing would change my life. i started out as a member in september 2022. immediately i was embraced into this new sweaty family and found a safe space for me to go to every single day to let go of absolutely anything that was bringing me down or make my best days even brighter. wanting to further my involvement in helping fellow students get stronger, i stepped onto the podium knowing almost nothing. it was a leap of faith and man, was that the best decision ive ever made. through teaching and taking classes at tru, i have witnessed physical and mental growth of unbelievable lengths. i am inspired by every single person who steps into the studio to take time for themselves, whether it was just once, or every day (sometimes even four times per day). this space has given me life long friendships, mentors, lessons, and bravery that i will always carry. it is now march 2025 and i can say that these have been the best two and a half years of my days on earth and i am truly devastated that the space that has done so much for me and everyone involved is closing its doors. i want to thank every person who i have interacted with for making this experience what it was. whether you’ve been a person set up next to me putting up with my sweat flying onto your mat, someone who has given me any sort of feedback as an instructor, bumped to the beat with me, or the person who has directly worked with me to teach me everything i’ve given out on this journey, i love you. while this particular chapter is ending, we are all going to turn to the next page and keep reading. invest in yourself. i hope to see everyone on their mat some time again🤍 all my love, jaiden
