Join us for a nature journal workshop where we will create nature journals and explore journaling exercises that may help process grief.

The passing of time and changing seasons can feel very significant in grief. Nature journalling allows us to pause and reflect, connect with nature and record. During this workshop Lorna Johnstone will guide us through making our own pocket nature journals and beginning to fill them. We can use drawing, painting, collage and writing to process the days and seasons, noticing any significant plants, scents and colours along the way.

Head to our Eventbrite through the liпk in our biо to reserve your spot now 🌱

This project is part of the Seasons of Culture Programme funded by West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Council through the Leeds Cultural Investment Programme.

Some new dates for our online studio!

9th Feb, 9th March and 20th April (to avoid school holidays)

As usual we meet online (via Zoom) - which means we’re able to dip out for kids bedtimes, and to create the benefits of having studio space but without financial barriers.

This isn’t a led session, so bring your own projects to work on.

Free to attend, please get in touch if you want to know more.
