Thank you for being with us. 💛

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last Friday for the first Grounded Transitions – Menopause Through the Seasons webinar.

Thank you for your presence, your openness, and your questions, they made the conversation even richer and reminded us how valuable it is to create spaces where we can talk about menopause with curiosity, knowledge and without judgement.

If you couldn’t join us last Friday, we’re doing it all again this Saturday, 17 October, and we’d love to have you with us.

Together, we’ll explore what is changing during the menopause transition, how to notice what is happening in your own body, and some practical ways to support yourself along the way — through knowledge, lifestyle, breath, movement and body awareness.

🗓 Saturday, 17 October
⏰ 11:00 CEST | 14:30 IST

Registration is free — link in bio.

We hope to see you there. 🍂

🥑 Food, movement and sleep habits that can support you
💊 HRT and supplements, demystified
🌬️ Simple breathwork and an embodied practice you can use in everyday life

✨ What if menopause wasn't about getting back to "normal", but about understanding what is changing and learning how to support yourself through it?✨

Menopause can bring changes in how we feel physically, emotionally and mentally. Different moments of this transition may require different kinds of support.

In Grounded Transitions, we will explore this transition through two complementary perspectives.

Namrata Amin, Founder of MenoWay, will share her perspective on hormonal health, menopause and evidence informed lifestyle strategies.

Carmen Pontelli, Founder of CarmaWay, will bring an evidence-informed embodied approach, exploring how breath, movement and body awareness can support us in regulating emotions, reconnecting with the body and responding to changing needs.

Together, we'll use the metaphor of the seasons of menopause to explore what may be changing, and practical ways to respond rather than simply push through.

50-minute session + 10-minute Q&A

Birthdays are to be celebrated!

Despite having woken up with a slight migraine I was determined not to let that ruin my birthday (thank god for strong painkillers ). After all, it’s a special day.
As a kid, I’ve got vivid memories of celebrating birthdays in style with friends and family. The effort my parents & sisters would make, you really did feel special.
I’ve mirrored that with my kids. And now when they are 14 & 17 years, the table has turned. They (along with my husband) completely spoilt me.
The icing on the cake was having my sister with me @namsamin02 and dinner with our dearest friends. @dhanani.seema
