A perfect day for Waylon Lewis to marry Kelsey Kramer in the remote woods of Vermont. My dear friend Waylon wanted this more than anything in his life. He wrote a book called “Things I would like to do with you”. He describes someone he didn’t know that he wanted to love and by golly he manifested her. The girl of his dreams. A woman of deep beauty and substance. Congratulations you two. Ki ki so so!

Swipe for some of my fav scenes from the series I shot last year for the National Museum of Women in the Arts featuring 4 renowned artists in their collection.

This truly was one of my fav projects of the year bc of the intentionality Director @meretemueller and I put into building the visual language. Despite having a teeeeny tiny crew and being documentary at their core, we approached them as if it were a narrative. Long takes with thoughtful blocking, slow dolly moves, slow zooms and static frames allowed us to exemplify their tireless artistic processes

Shoutout to @smartypantspictures for producing the hell out of these and for supporting our vision! Also so much love to @suzannehillinger for the two profiles she directed with me ❤️

A good lil reminder to myself that we really don’t need all the bells, whistles and toys to make something special 🙃

Also thanks to @gezess @ransomrentals for letting us use their beautiful Mamiya Sekor 645C lenses!!
