👑 THE TRIPLE CROWN QUEEN! 👑

Today, The Unit's very own co-owner, Coach Jess, officially added Olympic Weightlifting to her competition résumé!

After competing in Powerlifting and Strongman, Jess took the platform at the Brew City Open 12 and went a perfect 6 for 6!

Three strength sports. One athlete.
🏋️ Powerlifting ✅
💪 Strongman ✅
🏋️‍♀️ Olympic Weightlifting ✅

Not only does Jess coach and support our athletes across multiple strength sports, but she continues to challenge herself and lead by example.

Congratulations to our Triple Crown Queen! 👑💜

See how I use @1stphorm to fuel me up before and after my workout so I can squat 600 pounds 👀👀

I love starting my day with a creatine and collagen mix in my coffee for added benefits with no flavor, and 15 g of protein :) and these RTD protein drinks are a lifesaver when I’m On The Go but still wanna make sure I’ve got those Gainzzz. Just your typical Friday. Lemme know if you want to do the same (get gains or squat 600 lbs. insider scoop, it’s almost the same process hehe). #iam1stphorm
