When presented with an opportunity to secure a brighter future, the onus is on us to act.

Centred on the theme “What we eat matters,” World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines’ (WWF-PH) Culinary Giving Series explores the undeniable link between our food systems and our ecosystems. As WWF-Philippines National Ambassador Mark Nelson notes, “Food security and conservation are inextricable.”

The campaign kicked off at Tatler Best 20 Restaurant Metiz, Makati City on October 1. Returning to his all-local philosophy, executive chef Stephan Duhesme demonstrated the incredible potential of Philippine ingredients—provided we actively nurture local food systems and empower our producers.

Every dinner directly supports WWF’s conservation initiatives. Ready to join the cause? Learn more about what @wwfphilippines does via wwf.org.ph.

Who else is still on a high after Off Menu 2026? 🙋🏽‍♀️

This year, our annual food festival returned for its fifth edition—with a twist. We paired eight of the country’s best restaurants with eight of the Philippines’ top bars and challenged them to craft an exclusive dish and cocktail pairing inspired by each other’s styles.

The result: 16 unique never-before-seen creations, made just for the weekend. Guests designed their own eight-course experience and met the talents shaping how the Philippines drinks and dines today, all while enjoying free-flowing wine and whisky cocktails, pass-around desserts, Auro chocolate, photo booths, interactive games and DJ sets.

Missed Off Menu this year? Don’t make the same mistake—be sure to hit follow so you’re the first to hear about our next events.

@metizresto joins us at Off Menu 2026!

With every new menu at Metiz (Tatler Best 20 Restaurant), chefs @stephanduhesme and @notarlo_ unravel another layer of understanding of Filipino cuisine. The progressive Filipino restaurant explores the flavours we carry with us—shaped by family, culture, travel, and experience—and reconstructs them through a distinctly Filipino perspective. Where many shy away from the bolder flavours that shape our palate—the funky fishiness of bagoong, the distinct bitterness of ampalaya—Metiz not only embraces these elements but wields them masterfully.

Big Fuzz and Metiz are coming together to prepare a dish and drink pairing with a whole lot of attitude. The teams behind each concept are no strangers; in fact, they happen to be great friends who are well-acquainted with each other’s styles in the kitchen and behind the bar. With this much familiarity brewing, we are curious to see what innovative dishes and drinks are whipped up in homage to one another. Come join us and find out what chefs Stephan Duhesme and Arlo Gregorio will create with bartender Kyle Quismundo.
