Even when it’s still dark outside in the early morning, the lights are on and there’s coffee inside. There’s three different sound systems playing different music, and people are moving throughout the building all day. Coworkers are chatting about their week, beans are grinding, and oven timers are going off.

There’s a special energy here that we love sharing with you! We’re open at 7am daily, now including the to-go room (until 2pm), and our new dine-in menu is here.

I took another stroll to Chicago and here is what I found —>

Cafe Blessing - 📍Schaumburg, Il

Yes, this is not Chicago BUT it’s on the way there!
My absolute favorite is their matcha duo. The foam top is so insanely creamy but airy and complements the green matcha so well. Their cold brew was strong, balanced, and refreshing.

Every drink is crafted with the most care and attention to detail. There are artists here 🖌️

Sawada Coffee - 📍Fulton Market District

Sawada coffee has the cutest neighbor, Hogsalt. They have so much seating and great beer.

Back to the coffee - a cortado is my favorite, always. This time around I tried their pumpkin latte for a rich and sweet treat.

Dark Matter Coffee - 📍Logan Square

This is probably the coolest cafe I’ve been to. They have crazy murals all over their walls and incredible packaging. I got the Mayan Mocha - which was very well balanced with sweetness and cocoa.

Metric Coffee - 📍West Town

This specialty coffee shop had the most delicious single origin cold brew - I just can’t remember which one 👀 The sparkling espresso was my favorite here, strong, punchy, and refreshing!
