One of the things I’m most grateful for is where this little corner of the internet has taken me.
I originally started this page simply to share facial massage techniques with my clients. I never imagined it would grow into something that would allow me to teach, create, connect, and be invited into so many inspiring spaces.
This month alone I’ve had the chance to teach facial massage to RMTs @metta__wellness attend the @sahajanskincare skincare event, spend an afternoon at the @floravicanada Women’s sexual wellness event, connect with incredible people at the @serumize skincare event, and still carve out time for the people who matter most, my partner and my son… who, for the record, has officially reached the age where he’s far too cool to be filmed. 😂
Sometimes it’s easy to focus on what’s next, but lately I’ve been reminding myself to pause and appreciate how far this journey has come.
Thank you for being here. You really never know where sharing something you love might lead. 🤍

My biggest transformations all began on an acupuncture table.

Sometimes, it only takes a single needle to point you in the right direction (well, a single needle and an experienced acupuncturist); to show you where things got stuck, and to get you moving forward again.

I’ve learned that the most profound shifts happen not just by discovering these stagnant parts of ourselves, but by allowing them to be witnessed and held by others.

Mum and daughter day at @metta__wellness. Mum had a massage and facial with Andrea and can't wait to go back. I was pampered by Aysha. Her therapeutic touch is just what my body needed. We love this gem of a place and I miss this incredible community. Love to you all. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us. And thank you Jenn for creating such a sanctuary in the city. See you again soon!
