Same weight - different physique.
Weightloss is not always what you want, you want a different look. More muscle, less fat, more volume.
Next offseason I’ll bring my front up to match my back🦍

A tribute to my fantastic coach❤️
There’s a handful of people that you meet in your life that’s not family, that will go above and beyond for you. My coach is one of those people. The work she puts in to make the people around her feel their absolute best is tremenodus. The love and care she has for her athletes, the way she shares her home and the countless hours she spends doing the small adjustments no one really sees but her closest ones.

I’m so thankful to have a coach that I can call my friend, and also one of my closest ones. Early morning check in’s, late night calls. Videos and pictures. Mealplans. Posing. Programs. Discussions. Hours and hours of travels, registrations and backstage, all for 10 minutes of stagetime. Just because I want to become good in a sport no one on this level can really make a living out of.

@metteulz From the bottom of my heart, thank you❤️ You are one of the most beautiful people I have ever met in my life. Thank you for letting me fulfil my dream. And of course, thank you to @erikwidlund_ aswell, for also chasing this dream with us. Without the two of you I would never be where I am in this sport, neither be the person I am today.

And I’m so excited for what the future brings!🥹 We’re not done with this season yet, let’s chase this one last goal for this season🏆

Norwegian Championship 2026🎖️

4th place for me this weekend. I’ll be honest about that this was not the placement I hoped or worked for this season. I’m not going to let this get in my head. Still 4 weeks left till the World Championship. Time to improve🔥
