The Unbeing, 2025 Acrylic, gouache , glass marker, hard ground, crayon on Scholar paper 16.5 x 11.8 in In The Unbeing, the distorted human form emerges through a collision of organic shapes, fragmented lines, and layered textures. Built through a continuous process of adding, erasing, and reconstructing, the composition moves between chaos and structure, revealing traces of its own transformation. Forms overlap, dissolve, and reappear, creating shifting relationships between surface, space, and depth. Rather than defining a recognizable figure, the work allows the image to remain open and unresolved, where every mark becomes part of an ongoing transformation and new possibilities of seeing emerge. © 2025 Tushar Chhawri. We are delighted to welcome Meyer Riegger to @prospect.cologne! Founded in Karlsruhe in 1997 with a focus on conceptual and abstract practices, the gallery shifted in the 2000s toward work exploring the body and existential questions. In 2008 it opened a space in Berlin, placing itself at the centre of the conversation in Germany and beyond. Today, with spaces in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Basel and Seoul, its curatorially driven programme brings historical positions together with early-career artists. @meyerriegger

Designed for a wide range of architectural settings, Pi pendant light can be installed with a ceiling canopy or integrated into a track system for maximum flexibility. The track-mounted version allows the luminaire to be repositioned with ease, adapting to different spatial requirements. Prospect Cologne 2026 Prospect is a new initiative born from the Rhineland - one of Europe’s most significant regions for contemporary art, and home to a collector culture, institutional landscape, and academic tradition that few places can rival. We are driven by a desire to honour that legacy while reimagining what a commercial exhibition can look and feel like today. On view 5-7 November Cologne, Germany More details to follow.

2026.08.26–10.11 Eva Koťátková’s (b. 1982, Czech Republic) work is currently on view in 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘸, 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 at Koo House Museum in Yangpyeong. The exhibition approaches drawing not as a preliminary sketch or a foundational stage of art-making, but as an independent artistic language that gives direct form to an artist’s thoughts and sensibilities. Combining drawing, sculpture, and installation, Koťátková explores the social norms and structures that shape and constrain the body and the individual. Venue: Koo House Museum, Yangpyeong Dates: August 26–October 11, 2026 images: 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘸, 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨, 2026, installation view, Koo House Museum. Courtesy of Koo House Museum.
