Five years ago, I was in a bad place with my weight and fitness. Making poor nutritional choices and living a very sedentary life, my weight ballooned to over 130kg. I wasn't taking accountability for my future health.

With the help of an online personal trainer, I was able to turn around my bad habits and fall back in love with running and the gym again.

From there, I found my passion to help other people feel confident and get in the best shape possible, by becoming a fully insured personal trainer and by organizing a run club to support like-minded runners.

So, if you are ready to start your own fitness journey with someone who knows how it feels to be in your shoes, send me a DM and we can get started on the new you.

I have been reflecting on the past almost 2 years since I started my fitness journey and lost around 5st. At this point in time now, it's about a lifestyle; things I enjoy doing to challenge myself and ultimately feel good rather than a body weight or aesthetics thing.
And then I heard a quote while listening to my favourite running podcast and it really rang true:

It's not your dream body, if you hate the life you have to live, in order to sustain it.

Move your body more, in ways you enjoy, and progress from there.

Ever imagined getting back in shape, or even better, exceeding your fitness peak? Meet Chris. A dedicated dad, working from home and diabetic, Chris was battling weight gain and time constraints. But with his wedding around the corner, he had a powerful motivation to transform. 💪🏼

Just 3 months into his Wedding Coaches transformation journey, Chris’s transformation has been phenomenal. He’s shed approximately 10kg of fat and is gaining muscle. His confidence? Through the roof! 🎉

Consistency was key, and Chris mastered it. By planning his meals and managing his blood sugar levels, he stayed steady on his fitness path. His performance? He joined a CrossFit class during a holiday and emerged as one of the top performers! 💥

No doubt he’s going into his wedding with a completely different level of happiness and confidence than he would have before he started with us.

Inspired by Chris’s journey? You can do it too! Message me with the code ‘WEDTF’, and let’s start your transformation for the special day! 💕

Wedding fitness can be a taboo. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️ couples won’t always talk about it, but a lot of the time, they are struggling to create sustainable dietary and fitness routines to help them feel their best on their wedding week & beyond; that’s where @mezztheweddingcoach steps in. With hundreds of incredible reviews from his clients, Mezz works to create a happy, healthy and sustainable environment to achieve your goals. 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♀️

@tigerhema16 came to @mezztheweddingcoach as a complete beginner, with minimal experience in the gym. She wanted to feel healthy and strong before her brothers wedding, but didn’t want to compromise on eating her traditional Asian food (we can totally relate!).

Fast forward, she lost 7-8kg sustainably, and was extremely happy with her results (have a listen!).

@mezztheweddingcoach helps couples and their wedding parties to feel super confident before the big wedding week. As an online coach, you can have your sessions in the comfort of your own space.

Quote ‘ETERNITY10’ for a 10% discount off of your plan. ✨🚀
