HMS closure 2025 (IG Edit)

This project was a chance to look back at the most incredible few days with some amazingly wonderful people. Trying to create a project and focus on the practice itself was tough at times, but I feel so happy with what came from it. An experience I'll never forget.

I think making films of other workshops is something I really want to explore!

I know I haven't been able to tag everyone in the post but you're all still very present here!

Can't wait to see all of the HMS crew again soon!

Here's to next year 🫶

CLOSURE for the first academic year of Human Movement Studies led by @palozzo.marcello - OPENING of a vision which is becoming all so very real 💫

A growing collective of beautiful Beings some I have known for almost a decade, others meeting for the first time as if it had been nothing less. The power of a united flag with a shared purpose 🎯

But beneath ‘radical physical education for the 21st century’ lies something much more profound. A belief in what we ARE, what we can BE, how truly transformative change IS possible - and how we CANNOT do this alone 🏝️

Returning home electrified, empowered, and with an even greater sense of responsibility to keep the fire burning - to contribute to something bigger than anything I have ever had the honour of being a part of…

It has only just begun! 🌱

Ever wondered where your limits are? Probably much further than you think! We tend to unlearn things the older we get and think certain movements are impossible, not knowing that we were once able to perfom them 💪🏼

Movement with @krafftgasse helps you to explore and discover what your body is capable of. Their classes have a wide range from various balance and coordination exercices to calisthenics 🤸🏼

Follow @krafftgasse to stay updated on upcoming events or join one of their daily classes in the 2nd district of Vienna!
