July ⋆˙⟡

This month was a consistent reminder that even though I may not understand why things happen a certain way, that God is always faithful. It amazes me how much happened in the past 31 days (and how I fit 160 videos in under 60 seconds). I’m thankful for the new memories, some that will replay in my mind for years to come, for a powerful word from camp, for new friendships formed, for old friendships that have consistently been there, for my body that allows me to do all this, for the gift of time to experience it all, and for a God that is faithful through every season. Thankful for the people who see me, hear me, and encourage me, but also challenge me.
I feel a shift and I want to lean into it in the coming months.
As my dad always says, the best is yet to come :)

Thank you for being here on this journey with me ♡

Happy 1 year anniversary to me for hosting my first solo art exhibition! 🥳

I can't believe it's already been a whole year since opening night.

It was an incredible amount of work:
- 12 months of planning and organising
- 6 months of making art
- 3 months of intense work
- 0 regrets
- 111% satisfaction
- 6 months of actual personal energetic recovery from this incredible imitation 🤣

For 3 ish days of showcasing my work in an immersive way that invited you on a journey of mindfulness.

I appreciate all the smiles, hugs, laughter and positive feedback I received.

I'm proud of this epic achievement and I couldn't have done it without the support of my family and friends. 🧡

Thank you for reminding me why I do what I do.

I'm currently in the midst of making new art and feel like another exhibition will happen maybe in late-2026 but we shall see. 😇😎

Hey y'all. I FINALLY did it. 🎉

Photos from my art exhibition Follow the Dragon are now up on my website. Whoohoo!

Here's just a quarter of the shots.

Shoutout to @t.u.e.s for some beautiful shots of the opening night. 🥰

It was such an awesome atmosphere and all of you who attended made it that way.

The best bit about the night was hearing how much you enjoyed the mindfulness journey aspect with the art and how it flowed beautifully together.

Everyone told me they've never experienced an art exhibition that way before. 🙏

If you missed out on the exhibition, there's a walkthrough video coming up later this week for you to experience.

It's taken me this long to put it all together because time, energy, and not prioritising working through my technology blocks. (There was A LOT of them and I'm a heavy procrastinator when I can't do things easily)

Enjoy the photos! Feel free to save them to your personal album too!

It’s been 6 months since my first solo art exhibition "Follow the Dragon" 🐉

It was a pretty epic experience, to say the least.

Looking back, I can’t believe how much I’ve learned and grown throughout the entire process.

From that initial thought that popped into my mind in early 2023: “I’m going to host my exhibition”, to the moment I opened those doors and shared my creations with the world.

I’ve always believed that art is more than just something to look at; it’s a healing medium and a reflection of personal transformation. This exhibition was a journey for both me and everyone who stepped into the space.

The most fulfilling part wasn’t just hosting the event, but hearing how my art resonated with others and how much they enjoyed the mindfulness aspect of the exhibition.

Connecting with all of you, seeing your reactions and appreciation, was everything I could’ve hoped for and more, and definitely brought a big smile to my face 😁

I’m so grateful for the love, support, hugs and energy shared that week. It’s moments like these that remind me of the power of art to bring us together, inspire, and heal. ✨

Thank you to everyone who attended, whether in spirit or in person. 🙏

If you missed it, don’t worry, the photo gallery and video walkthrough are on the way! (Yes, it’s taken me this long, I guess it's a timing thing 😅)

If you’re new to my page and want to see all my art, head over to my website at empathdesigns.com.

Shoutout to @t.u.e.s for creeping on me 🤣
