From the pilot of “Étoile”: I put the take I shot from the observation room next to the take used in the episode - they don’t exactly line-up but you can see the finished shot, with VFX by Lesley Robson-Foster

It’s bittersweet and exciting to officially start this next chapter in the Begley family’s adventure as we make the cross-country move from Los Angeles to Atlanta. I’ve dreamed of living in the City of Angels since I was a little kid and first saw celluloid flickering on the silver screen. It was the place where dreams were made, you could create art, spot random celebrities, and live amongst the iconic buildings and landmarks that seemed out of a movie… because they were. I got to live this dream for 20 years. I worked with incredible actors and comedians, people I idolized and made life-long friends along the way (in the photos here and so many more). I wouldn’t trade my time out here for anything. I have truly loved this city and will continue to and cannot wait to come back and visit and work. But I had to make the choice for what Renee and I thought was best for our kiddos, while still allowing us to chase the impossible and thrilling dream of making a living as an artist. Atlanta, you checked those boxes and I’m genuinely pumped (and a bit terrified) about what’s to come next. This isn’t goodbye California, it’s see you later.

Thank you YADA for this amazing opportunity and experience playing Fiona. I’ve learned so much about honing in the character and how she feels. I want to thank my family for supporting me and my cast mates on making Shrek Jr. such a fun show to be a part of! 💚

" ETOILE " BTS
It's truly been the most incredible experience to be part of this show and discover the crazy ,brilliant, magic world of movie making.
On this set I met the most talented ,dedicated ,hard working and generous people.
I got to watch the most incredible actors and learn directly from them .
Amy and Dan Sherman Palladino are two true geniuses, and seeing them doing what they do with deep perfectionnism while being the kindest people was so inspiring.
And @margueritederricks ... has the best eyes for dance on camera, who just knows what works the best, and the most supportive of her dancers , generous in her support and time. Total boss.
Making a show is a lot of sweat ,work ,focus , yet it's worth it...cause the world need nothing more right now than beauty ,fun ,inspiration .
THANK YOU 💜🙏🏻⭐️⭐️✨️

Mes amis, Étoile is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video! I’m so pleased to play a petite part in this grand love letter to ballet & to art. My TV daughter @lamayzhang is a wonder to watch. Fei is all of the mothers out there working behind the scenes — sacrificing, dreaming 💫

This was really a special set with the best team - enthusiastic, funny, warm and generous peeps all around. Thank you for having me.

p.s. I’m obsessed with the closing credits - don’t skip. You can catch me in episodes 1-3 all out now 🩰
