In September 2025, at Triennale Milano, 15 Minutes to Be Seen took place as part of the My Hidden Ego project.
People from different worlds stepped into the same space — participants, professionals, cultural voices.
Each one bringing presence, trust and a very personal way of being seen.
Thank you to everyone who took part in this experience, and to those who shared their time, their image and their openness.
A special thank you to my precious team, whose invisible work made every detail possible,
and to my partners Corriere della Sera and Fujifilm Italia, for supporting a project where photography becomes a space of presence, listening and connection.
This was not just an event. It was a shared moment — and a clear example of how visual language can create engagement, trust and lasting cultural value.
For institutions, companies and cultural organizations:
this is what happens when image, care and human experience come together. I am sharing a selection of images of who was there sharing the joy also watch the BTS to witness the brilliant work and participation from the public.
Grateful. Focused. Ready for what’s next.
Watch the full BTS on MHE YouTube channel @MyHiddenEgoProject. Share the love and support the project by following the page @mhe_project @itsdas____ @corriere @27esimaora @fujifilmitalia

Sometimes you just look outside and remember that life doesn’t need explanations.
It breathes, it moves, it shifts in colour.
In the hum of the bees and the quiet pulse of the air, everything whispers the same truth: nothing stays still—and that’s the beauty.

Colours are not decoration.
They’re signals.
They’re stories in motion.
They’re the way the world speaks when we finally stop talking.

Yellow vibrating on wings, green growing without asking permission, orange igniting whatever it touches.
Every shade is a small declaration of existence—a promise that even on the difficult days, something is still blooming.
Nature doesn’t do philosophy, yet it teaches it.
And if we listen, we return to ourselves.

A heartfelt thank you.
My project “15 Minutes to Be Seen”, presented during Il Tempo delle Donne at Triennale Milano, was an emotional, visual, and deeply human journey.
I encountered powerful gazes, moving stories, and courageous souls.
So many of you stood in front of my lens with authenticity and a desire to share your truth.
To all of you: thank you.

A special thank you to Fujifilm Italia, who selected me to represent the magazine Women4Women during the talk “Obiettivo Donne,” part of Il Tempo delle Donne festival organized by Corriere della Sera. Thanks also to journalist Micol Sarfatti, who moderated our talk with grace, intelligence and great sensitivity.
I’m grateful to the Fuji team for enhancing the live set experience:
the fine art prints gifted to participants were a gesture of care, quality and beauty.
I’m proud to work with tools — and companies and people — who elevate and expand my artistic vision.

Thank you to Corriere della Sera for the space given to my work within the festival and for publishing my portraits on the cover and alongside the articles of the Il tempo Delle Donne magazine. It was both an honor and a joy.

I’m deeply grateful to my team, who walked with me through every phase of this project:
Roberta Balestra, Ginevra Mondella, Luca Acerbi, Valeria Mazzoleni.
And thank you, Valerio Fausti, for giving shape and structure to the vision, day by day.

I carry with me pure emotion. I feel I gave and received beauty, connection, and truth.

This is just the beginning. New projects are already taking shape.
If you’d like to be part of the journey — you know where to find me: @mhe_project

Still floating on a wave of gratitude after today’s talk at “Fujikina”. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the incredible team at Fujifilm and to everyone who filled the room with warmth, curiosity, and connection. Your presence meant the world to me.

A special thank you to Luana Porfido, Marika Gherardi, and Tiziana Faraoni for believing in my work and making this event so meaningful. And to Valentina Tamborra, thank you for the beautiful encounter and shared inspirations.

When was the last time you truly felt seen?
This is the question I ask myself every time I create a portrait. Because behind every face, there’s a hidden world waiting to be acknowledged.
On May 11 at 2pm I’ll be at Fujikina to dive deeper into this silent but powerful dialogue. @fujifilmitalia for more infos and tickets. #QuoteOfTheDay #HealingPhotography #mhe #monicasilva #psychologyinportraiture #myhiddenego #fujifilm #fujikina2025 @factoryofart.milan @mhe_project

✨ “A journey through photography, art, and psychology.”✨

My passion for photography is driven by curiosity and the constant search for hidden truths in faces, details, and stories of people. 🌟

My career has led me to work with some of Hollywood’s most iconic faces, explore distant places through my lens, and capture beauty in the smallest details of daily life. 🎬🌍

My work is not just a click: it’s a deep reflection on the intersection of art, psychology, and photography. Each image tells a story, each shot reveals a fragment of truth. 📸

In this carousel, I invite you to explore a small taste of my world: “Hollywood actors and actresses”, “travel”, “still life” and “conceptual art”. Each image is meant to push the boundaries of imagination, provoking emotions and reflections.
