This November, the Dresner Foundation Campus will undergo maintenance, and hundreds of animals need to move out of the Detroit shelter.

Yesterday, this little one needed a way OUT. ❤️

Someone heard those tiny cries and made a call that changed everything. To the individuals who noticed this baby and called us: thank you for making sure they weren’t left unheard.

Our team took it from there and that moment those tiny paws are finally safe? Everything.

Let this little face be your reminder to check around your property for uncovered drains, window wells and other openings animals could fall into. Check for animals FIRST, then secure openings with appropriate covers.
