12 week fat loss transformation ✅

Me and @mi1ton have so much fun with this i thought playing round in the park made sense 🤪😅

The transformation details:
- 12 weeks total
- 12kg down
- 3,000 calories daily
- 380g carbs daily
- 5 x 20 minutes cardio weekly

The guy works different shift patterns can experience a complete overhaul of his planned routine on a daily basis and still makes incredible progress! Why?

The new “reality” 👆🏼

It’s as simple as knowing what you want to see when you look in the mirror.

Once you have got that vision set do two things:

1. Get the right plan in place
2. Do the work for 12 weeks
•
12 weeks is all it took for @mi1ton to completely change what he was looking at in the mirror with the consistency of ticking the boxes daily that fit around his work, life and relationship commitments.

Into a growth phase now where the plan is set for a 10kg increase on this in the same condition 🎯💪🏼🚀📈
