🫸🏼 PLAYING FAVORITES 🫷🏼

When you love the work you do there are lots of favorites to choose from! As a Licensed Massage Therapist I feel grateful to have found a calling that is so incredibly rewarding. I love being able to care for people each day, helping give them relief from stress & chronic pain. I also love to hear that a session helped someone sleep more soundly. But a regular client telling me excitedly that they have been waiting all week for their Massage? That is the best feeling.

a little love letter to my first year in nyc 🩰🍎 (I’m a month late in documenting this milestone hehe)

A year ago, I moved here with no real idea what this chapter was going to look like. For the first time in my entire life, I wasn’t dancing for a company and there was no season or schedule already planned out for me — which was equal parts exciting and terrifying.
Somehow, this year ended up being filled with more dancing, creating, teaching, new people, new places & random little opportunities than I ever could’ve planned for myself. NYC really kept bringing me life surprises (and real seasons for the first time!!) 🙈

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I got married, made a little NYC home with Matt & the orange boys, and got to have my family cheering me on through yet a new chapter of my life 🥰

Turns out there are a million different ways to be a dancer, and I’m having a lot of fun figuring out what mine looks like (highs AND lows included) — while also realizing there’s so much life to love outside of ballet and Pilates too!

One year of NYC & I really love this little life we’re building here 🥹 shout out to the talented @miablessinger for making this video a few months ago 🫶🏻

Four days in Texas that hit different.
Being a creator is lonely more often than people think. You spend so much time alone with your camera, your ideas, wondering if any of it makes sense to anyone but you.

Then you land somewhere like Camp @musicbed and realize there’s a whole group of people carrying the same doubts, the same obsession, the same weird love for this work. Thank you @crys_henry @miablessinger @notesfromred for building a community. Grateful for every conversation, every late night & every person who reminded me why I do this 🫶🏻 @lauradoessports @alxxpaul @d.gaf @darylswalker @chrisseinn

Camp Musicbed 2026 🖤

An incredible few days across the pond with the legends @musicbed and what I now like to call close friends. Although my first time in the USA … it felt like home from the get go.

The beautiful lake house, the incredible HQ of the FM brands, the studio and the endless inspiration to hit record 🎥

As, lately I’ve been struggling with finding the space and time to create so this was the perfect permission and opportunity to live free and create for the fun of it with some incredible people!

See you in 2027? 👀 ☀️
