Last day of summer, and I’m holding on to one highlight 🤗 Had a great time with Perkerson Elementary families cleaning up the garden, harvesting veggies, and hanging with students and parents. Shout out to Principal Chanté Blackwell, the PTO, and all the families who keep this community strong. Titles and seasons may change, but supporting our schools and showing up for families doesn’t. That’s just community. 🧡👨🏾‍🌾📚

Clinical precision meets community care.

Join Optimal Health Massage tomorrow, July 31, at the Perkerson Elementary School Open House for a quick wellness reset.

Because the parents and educators that nurture our kids and school communities deserve a moment of support, too.

From my Teacher Recess Initiative at Perkerson Elementary school in Fall 2024.

So grateful and thankful to help provide relief to the people that educate and inspire our youth...to maybe become therapists and help people themselves 🤭

May 8th was pure magic. 🩷

We pulled up, we connected, and we showed out for our families and it was everything.

A huge thank you to Perkerson Elementary and Finch Elementary for opening your doors and helping us reach the families who make this movement real. You believed in what we are building and it showed.

And to Publix Supermarket, thank you for showing up with your heart. Your food donations made this possible and our families felt every bit of it.

To the TBW team, thank you for showing up, pouring in, and being the heartbeat of this movement. None of this happens without you. 💜

This is what That’s Bowie’s World is all about. No charity. No pity. Just community taking care of community.

If you want to help us keep pouring into our families and community, every donation goes directly back into moments like this one. Tap the link and join the movement. 🌟

Joy Drops are just the beginning. We are just getting started.

Many women turn to wine o’clock to unwind—but is it really helping?

In this episode of The Zaneta Show, therapist @miagarret LCSW, breaks down how alcohol can become a silent coping mechanism for stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion—and why it’s time we talk about it.

• Alcohol as a self-soother
• The emotional toll of over-functioning
• What we actually need instead
