Sticking to the “boring “ or “mundane” things each day is what actually fuels your growth inside and outside of the gym 🤍

What is one “boring” thing you do each day to get you closer to your goals ? ⬇️

STOP doing this in the gym !

Random workouts every day ➡️ Follow a structured program

Changing exercises constantly ➡️ Master the basics

Only training what you like ➡️ Train your whole body

If you need help with figuring out what to do , send me a DM

At some point, you realize fitness was never supposed to be about taking up less space.

It’s about becoming stronger.
Stronger in your body.
Stronger in your mind.
Stronger in your discipline.
Stronger in the way you show up for yourself.

I stopped punishing my body for how it looked and started appreciating it for everything it can do.

The goal isn’t to become smaller.
It’s to become a stronger, healthier version of YOU🤍

What are you working towards right now ?
Stronger , healthier , more confident or all three ?
