Meet Micaela — our Manager and Master Coach. 🙌
If you’ve trained at PeakShape, you already know her.
She runs the floor, runs the workouts,
and makes sure the standards never slip, in the studio or in the staff room.

But here’s what really drives her:
Using her nutrition education and real life experience
With our members to make nutrition simple.
she wants this place to be your third space.
Somewhere nothing is demanded of you and you can just be yourself for an hour.

And once you’re here, she’ll show you you’re capable of far more than you think. 💪
