Great are you Lord! This summer has been such a blessing. There is no other place I would have rather spent this summer than as an intern at Mission of Hope, building relationships with the staff and other interns and spreading the Gospel message while doing ministry in communities in Jarabacoa, La Vega and Santiago. I miss it already. Thank you to Mission of Hope for having me as an intern and thank you to the interns, interpreters and staff that poured into me this summer. “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭19‬ ‭

Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire. ‭‭— Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭28‬-‭29‬ I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve in the Dominican Republic with some of the coolest people. Being able to witness and be a part of God’s movement in the DR was such an incredible blessing. I also want to thank the other interns and the Mission of Hope staff for being so awesome. Watching your servant hearts, resilience, and love for others pushed me to be better every day. I’m going to miss you all. Finally, thank you to my family and friends who made this summer possible through your prayers and support. I’m so thankful for each of you. Blessings🤘🐻

the 12 Wow, these humans have changed my life. Inspired, challenged, amazed, and loved are just a few of the words that describe how my new best friends have made me feel. I could write an essay about how impressed I am by each of them, but instead, I’ll just say this: Abby, Abigail, Evan, Holly, Jace, Jessica, Lauren, Lydia, Maddy, Micah, and Teddy, each of you has helped me see the Lord more clearly, drawing me even closer to Him. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to run this race alongside each of you. see you in Haiti right?🥹

so many smiles this July, a month full of ministry and witnessing the powerful love of Jesus recently God has been teaching me how faithful he is to bless and multiply the little we surrender to him. my summer, my little faith, energy, love and simple "yes" everyday is all he needs to use us as vessels of his love and accomplish more we ever could on our own
