Photography equipment is getting expensive y’all 😮‍💨 I had to rent an actual shrink ray for this shoot so I could fit @soulsippermusic into this miniature cemetery scene I built for their newest single “Rising Son” (out now) but I couldn’t afford the nicer model and it tragically zapped one of the band members down to the bone 😬 They were so cool about it though and we still had an amazing session despite the initial hiccup 👌 Anyway here are the night and day versions of our fun picnic shoot 🪦 Which is your favorite? 👀

A mystical shoot with @cloud.companion for the latest issue of @junkaroo.mag ☁️ Inspired by the magician tarot card, I sketched up this cloud set and then the insanely artistic @monica.bushong understood the assignment and created these amazing clouds and stars, with help from @volunteer.astronaut and @emmileeanne 🌀

A southwestern scene I crafted entirely from paper and photographed in-studio at @austincinemakerspace 📸 Designed on my iPad in @procreate and cut out on my @silhouette.inc cutting machine ✂️ The lovely @chickflixgirl modeled for me after and I merged the two in @photoshop to create the final image. My first time working with cut paper art and definitely some things I would tweak in the future as I continue to do more mixed-media art, but overall I’m loving how this turned out 🤠🌵

Directing a music video and designing the set is not for the weak but it all came to life in the end thankfully ✨ Special shout out to my electric cardboard cutter, which was probably the best $30 I’ve spent as an artist 🙌

And thank you to @tv.wonder.band for letting me do my thing and @cinemakerstudios for giving us the space to make it happen. Excited to finish filming and get it out to you all!

Sexta-feira! Friday could not come sooner!

“Vista do Céu” comes out on all platforms along with a video that was shot @anisdayandnight at 7:00am a few months ago with that prime disco light ✨🪩☀️ ☕️

This song is about growing where you’ve been planted, talking to your neighbors, letting the sun shine in through a crooked window, following your dreams, having pride of where you’re from and enjoying the view of the sky from where you are!! In other words, make where you are the best it can be!

@mmmmmmm_______bbbbbbbb________ brought a 🍎 @f_r_e_e_lunch magazine on set and I thought that was the perfect prop! Free Lunch feeds a community of folks transitioning from being unhoused just a few miles away from this video location. If you know, the Montopolis area is a quickly gentrifying neighborhood. Free Lunch inspires me to be a better neighbor everyday.
