POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

✨ 12 women. 12 stories. 12 powerful messages. One incredible day!

It’s been a couple of weeks since the Speak and Shine Summit, and we’re still reflecting on the incredible energy, courage and connection in the room.

It was incredible seeing our October ‘26 Cohort of Elevating Voices speakers, each bringing their own experiences, perspectives and wisdom to the stage.

And what a range of topics we explored!

🎤 Charley Southon - Learning to Trust Yourself
🎤 Joy Poole - When the Compass Spins: Leading Yourself Through Uncertainty
🎤 Kate Jones - Promise Me You’ll Never Toughen Up
🎤 Kim Murphy - The Accidental Techie: Why It’s Never Too Late to Rewrite Your Story
🎤 Lauren Roberts - Becoming Queen of Your Own Underworld
🎤 Louise Tuitt - Own Your Brilliance
🎤 Micha-Rose Emmett - The Long Road To Belonging
🎤 Sarah Farmer - The No That Sets You Free
🎤 Siobhan Murphy - Your Story Matters: Conquer Those Plot Twists and Keep Writing
🎤 Sue Ellar - A New Kind of Convenience: Eating for the Life You Want to Live
🎤 Valerie Ritchie - Three Red Lights: When Life Gets Heavy
🎤 Victoria Rennoldson - Why Talented Leaders Stay Invisible

From learning to trust ourselves and finding our voice, to navigating uncertainty, embracing change and rewriting the stories we tell ourselves.

Every talk was different, but each reminded us of something important - our experiences matter, our voices deserve to be heard, and we all have something valuable to share.

A huge thank you to every one of these brilliant women for stepping onto the stage, sharing so openly and making the Speak and Shine Summit such a memorable experience.

And to everyone who was in the room, thank you for listening, cheering and celebrating alongside us.

💛 Which talk left a lasting impression on you? We’d love to hear!

What a Circle of all Circles ⭕️

The theme was networking so I shared ideas of props to get everyone creatively thinking about what they can bring when out and about.

Then PR Mastery member and connecting expert @thetinaduggan⁩ gave a brilliant guest slot with her powerful tips...

Then we shook the golden maraca egg (golden nugget prop) and shared one thing that makes us stand out.

From @louisetuittcoaching salsa dancing, @ktreddinclancy⁩ being a horse owning one woman stand up show and DJ (OK that’s 3 😂) to @mickeymonroexx ⁩piano playing @iamrachelsavory house music lover, @sarahfarmerexeccoach best selling author to name a few!

To @micha.rose.evolving⁩ sharing her prop: a gold sealed envelope and daffodil bulb along with her incredible story.

Our newest 🎉PR Mastery member, Ruth of @heirloomlondon⁩ revealed with @donnafreed ‘s permission her ring that she’s recreated 💍

We laughed, cried, hugged and connected.

“Your energy is your business card”

And if yesterday’s Speak & Shine Summit was anything to go by, women in all of our softness, all of our vibrancy are the true keepers of power, passion and purpose.

Yesterday was a feast for the mind and the heart.

💖 11 emerging speakers on stage
💖 2 panel discussions on vibrancy as a movement for change
💖 Beautifully curated by @kieradair_brandphotography and @gillmmckay

What I saw, was a room full of women turning away from conventional career paths and building their own tables, their own stages.

Statistics are starting to show that women are the driving force behind the UK economy. Self-employed & female-led companies are contributing £11.2 million each to the economy every year!

@laurabruntoncoaching closed off the day with a reminder to show up as our messy selves and to stay true to the values that bring joy into the work we’re doing.

I’ve tagged all the incredible women who I had so many heart-felt conversations with.

Here’s to more connection, more purpose and living a life (now) that your future self will thank you for! 🙌🏾

❤️ Wishing everyone a beautiful and healthy New Year! ❤️

Thank you to my wonderful SHAPES members and clients from around the world for contributing to this video message to inspire and promote wellness. We are all connected, and together we can continue to inspire one another, focusing on what we have rather than what we don’t.

The most important thing in life is health, and with this in mind, I wish everyone a healthy 2025 filled with love and laughter.

Sending love to all! ❤️

"One can imagine and appreciate the job creation of these major capital investment programmes in ensuring that we give people hope that tomorrow will be greater than today," said Dr the Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, in a recent webinar with Forbes and CS Global Partners

Titled “The Road to Prosperity: Securing Your Future with a Second Citizenship in Dominica,” Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and Ambassador Emmanuel Nanthan, the Head of Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Unit, also participated in the webinar. The three discussed the benefits of second citizenship for Russians, the allocations of foreign contributions, and the island’s success in handling the Covid-19 crisis.
