I spent this summer with my hand up a puppet's ass. IT WAS AMAZING!

Let me explain.

I got to play Kate Monster in @avenueqmusical with my friends @fipap_fi (special shout out to my dearest @bengay88), and it brought something in me back to life.

I got to play again, to remind myself of the sheer joy of being onstage with people you love and trust...all while bringing to life this sweet, sassy character who isn't afraid to go after her dreams and fight for herself. (Life imitating art...imitating life?)

To every exec who quit the thing they loved: I went back. I was better at it. And I had so much friggin FUN.

We can be ALL of ourselves.

Send this to the person who needs permission to play again. Consider this yours.

And, to my Q Fam - - I love you to pieces! xxxx
