🐾 BIG WEEKLY UPDATE: BIGGER THAN IRON 🐾

This week at Apexintensity, we proved that strength isn’t just about what you lift…it’s about who you lift up.

🐶 THREE LITTLE PITTIES PARTNERSHIP
@threelittlepittiesrescue
We’re officially teaming up with Three Little Pitties rescue to give shelter dogs their best shot at finding forever homes. These pups train harder than half the people in here (no offense). When you crush your workout, you’re helping us create space and resources for dogs who need it most.

Meet this week’s shelter stars:
• Miss Lady – came through with that quiet confidence, watched every squat like she was taking notes
• Marbella – energy for days, basically did her own HIIT session in the corner
• Miss Velvet – professional belly-shower, smile enthusiast, 10/10 gym buddy

🔧 WHAT’S COMING🚨🚨🚨🚨
Next month: new machines hit the floor. This summer: even more. We’re not just adding equipment.. We’re building the space this community deserves.

Thanks to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and gave these dogs some love between sets. This is what Apexintensity is about.

—

Drop a 🐾 if you want to see more rescue pups around the gym and please reshare the Pups so we can get them adopted!!
