Healing is happening so quickly these days. Things that would previously plague me for months or years are now clarifying and shifting within one hour. My soul is exclaiming, no more! My soul is shouting, I will not live this life in a bondage not of my own choosing! My soul is saying yes! Yes to — committing to one year of intentional celibacy (big stuff), genuinely reciprocal friendships, humans with large emotional and relational capacities, asking the elements to hold me, ruffling feathers, praying, nettle & oat straw, presence, solitude, nesting, saying “thank you” and meaning it, meal prepping, asking for what I need, embodying wholeness. My soul is saying no to — pretending, not telling the truth, patriarchal paradigms, over-extending myself, self-silencing, outsourcing what must be nurtured within. I’m proud of who I am and I’m proud of where I’m going 🕯️everything is a blessing if you say it is.

newest finished project - another poncho for my mom’s birthday! She requested a blue and green color scheme this time 💙💚🤍 I used a new pattern compared to my previously made red poncho so it will be less heavy for the summertime! (Ignore the tail, I stitched it in 🤭) Swipe for the bday girl wearing her new piece 🫶🏼

Still vibrating from the beautiful time spent with @heychosen__ community last week. ✨

When our dear friend and creative superstar @smelltherosespls Valerija invited Hana to join her beautiful community for a small creative and meditation retreat, a thousand ideas immediately came to life. 🌸

There’s no better feeling than seeing everyone happy and nourished after a meal you’ve made. As one beautiful soul said: “Every meal felt like a hug from the inside.” 🫂

On the menu: swiss chard pesto, fuži pasta, pumpkin oil, asparagus galette, roasted seasonal fruits, tacos with foraged herbs, butter trout, strawberry salsa, basil sage lemon cake, humble potato, summer salads and flower petals and herbs. 🍓

So grateful for your trust and your open arms. 🤍🥹

All of it is a love letter to my friends.

The tingly feelings of our time together are still washing over me. I wish we could come back to the house over and over again, reliving the sweet moments. Thank you for accepting me for who I am and for holding me with tenderness. I’m so grateful for you and everything you bring to my life. You make it light and sweet. You make me so pure so naughty. You make everything — so good.
