As exhibit editors, we edited 38 picture stories documenting the town and people of Union, Missouri. This exhibition will contribute to the @mophotoworkshop archive comprising of thousands of images reflecting rural Missouri and telling stories of resilience, heart and community for the past 77 years.

While this was our fourth year on crew, it was our first as exhibit editors. Making edits while stories were evolving was challenging yet incredibly rewarding. The experience has transformed and challenged how we edit and think about editing.

Every year it is special to watch the community see themselves and their neighbors in these photographs. It felt extra special this year to have spent so much time with these stories and people and getting the chance to know them through incredible visual storytelling.

The week was incredibly impactful in so many ways and we are very grateful to be a part of it alongside the wonderful people who helped make the workshop successful.

Endless thank yous to @kodakratz @gregkb @mallorypoolphoto and @margowagnerphoto for their support throughout the week.
