For My Jamaican Table, photographer Michael Condran @michaelcondran traveled across Jamaica with New York-based Jamaican chef Andre Fowles to document the people, places, and flavors that shaped Andre’s culinary story. From beachside lobster shacks to the streets of Downtown Kingston, where Andre grew up, the project captures the beauty, culture, and everyday moments behind Andre's first cookbook with honesty and depth.

Been eating @cheffowles delicious Jamaican food — from NYC to Negril — for over a decade, been eating Jamaican Beef Patties my whole life (shout out Toronto for some of the best!), but making and eating these homemade patties from his new cookbook My Jamaican Table was a game-changer. Safe to say they disappeared fast. #MyJamaicanTable 🇯🇲 🥟 🙏🏼
