Grateful for the amazing people we met, the unforgettable parties we had, and the ideas shared in a space that was ignored for years until @patrick___mcneil and @borundain saw and felt what others didn’t: beautiful potential.

It’s bittersweet that it’s come to an end. However, I remind myself of the first law of thermodynamics: energy is never destroyed, only transformed.

The essence of @intl.tx the creativity, the connections, and all that was created there will move on and take on new forms, wherever they may be ⚡️✨

The countdown is officially on. We are two weeks out from FiNO’s Funky Crush and this line-up really doesn’t get better.

Chef Michael Diaz de Leon is taking over the FiNO kitchen with his crew for a 5-course tasting menu, La Costa y El Viñedo. Teaming up with @bennyandzoidselections and phenom somm, @clarantula, this evening is about connection, storytelling, great wine, delicious food, and big laughs.

Only 25 seats available in each of the two seatings at 6pm and 8pm.

There’s a quiet brilliance to the way Dan Richard @danrichard.co moves through a room. Over the past few months, I’ve gotten to know him through events, openings, late‑night hangs, and all the little happenings that make Denver feel alive. He’s a lover of music, photography, gaming, movies... a true creative spirit. But what stands out most is his eye for people.

Dan doesn’t just capture dishes. He captures the hands behind them. He captures the chefs, cooks, servers, bartenders, porters, busses... the daily grind, the repetition, the devotion, the humanity. He reminds us that this industry is built on teams, on sweat, on choice. On people who show up every day to create something worth gathering around.

If you see him, tell him his work matters. Thank him for being there. He usually slips in like a ninja, snaps a few frames, and disappears before you even realize he was there. Then suddenly you’re tagged in a photo that makes you pause... Like really pause and appreciate your craft, your team, your space, your story. His images make you see the moment behind the moment. Not just the food, but the people who choose to make it.

Corn is having a moment in Denver, and it goes far beyond tortillas. 🌽

Across the city, chefs are digging deeper into the ingredient’s history, culture and versatility, from traditional nixtamalization and fresh masa to heirloom varieties being grown here in Colorado.

@johnnycuriel7 and @ie_kelly are taking that exploration into the fields, partnering with the @masaseedfoundation on a 20-acre project that produced 5,000 pounds of corn.

Meanwhile, chefs like @razcasi and @michaeldleon are putting fresh masa and corn at the center of their own cooking.

Cheers to ten years of marriage, life, laughter, and building something beautiful together, Mackenzie and Ras! 🥂

Yesterday was a memorable celebration of 10 years for @mackalicious88 & @razcasi, beginning with a ceremony a decade in the making and followed by an evening surrounded by family and friends, plenty of dancing, cocktails crafted by @henry_ottrix11, and yet another incredible meal from Chef @michaeldleon and Molino Chido (@molino_chido).

Here’s to ten years, and to all the beautiful years still to come. ✨️

Molino Chido may officially be one of my favorite meals of the year!

The menu is Mexico City-inspired, everything from the masa to the tortillas are made in house, and every dish somehow got better. The chips alone left me speechless. We were already talking about coming back before we even left.

With Tommy Lee and Michael Diaz de Leon behind it, I knew it would be good, but this exceeded expectations. Creative, insanely flavorful and easily some of the best food I’ve had in Denver lately.

Put Molino Chido at the top of your list. 🌮
