Continuously trying to fix my squat position. I’m usually pretty good when it comes to weights but I’m close to dying when it comes to mobility, especially squatting😅 It’s definitely my biggest limitation

Handstand will doch irgendwie jeder können.

I'm not naturally flexible. I've developed my splits as an adult.

I focus on building strength in extreme ranges instead of spending hours of passive stretching.

This method is not only time efficient, but builds strength and flexibility at the same time and is therefore beneficial for athletes of any sport.

Trust me, there is no better injury prevention.

Quality reps

This is the form and depth I was aiming for.

At the moment I'm able to get 3 reps with this degree of quality and this is when I stop my set.

I feel like doing several sets of quality reps give me better progress than pushing a single set to failure, especially when it comes to skill training.

Work smarter, not just harder...

OWN YOUR SPLITS 🔥
