Women, you’ve been asking, and it’s finally here.

As we enter into a season of reaching for more joy, stillness, connection, and space, we open the doors to Cohort 7 of our Women & Wolves Immersive Program, an 8-week journey of transformation and empowerment, guided by the wisdom of wolves.

Through seven weeks of stories, rituals, and heartfelt connection, you’ll be invited to align with your inner rhythm and the wild teachings of the wolves. The journey culminates in a sacred day-long retreat on the land at Wolf Connection Sanctuary, walking beside the wolves, coming together with your pack in presence, reflecting in stillness, and gathering in firelight. Led by longtime pack members and therapeutic facilitators, Micha Thomas and Laurie Cousins.

Virtual Circles begin Wednesdays, January 28 - March 11. Retreat Day held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, 12:00-8:00 pm.

✨ Applications are now open, and limited spots are available. Tap the bio to apply.

🌙 Laurie and Micha will be leading one info call and sharing the recording with anyone almost ready to take this divine leap. Details coming soon. Reach out to provide your info to join.

Daisy and I went to visit our friend Micha @michaleethomas at her cute new cabin in Idyllwild this past weekend, and I only got one picture of the three of us — accidentally taken while I was trying on a hat :) But I got lots of magnificent trees and sky, and the kitties Guadalupe and Austin enjoying the best spot in the house 🏠❤️‍🔥

“We'd like to give a HUGE shoutout to our remarkable students from R Rex, Desert Winds, and Phoenix, who would be celebrating graduation from our 8-week program this week and next. We are so proud to be a witness to your strength, and your hearts. We are deeply saddened that we aren't able to be with you, together as a pack. Howling connects us all, so we howl to you from the ranch. You are missed, you are loved, and we see your resilience from afar.
If you have been a participant in one of our youth empowerment programs, give us a shout back! Share a word or two about your experience.
Much love to you all, Amanda”

Listening to @flea333 talk about the power of storytelling, his love of reading & writing and his new memoir last night was inspiring. In fact he said he said that he asked out his now-wife by saying, “Wanna start a book club for two?” Pick up a copy of his memoir “Acid for the Children.”

I haven’t seen Billy Corgan perform live since 1993, and it was worth the wait. What a beautiful show - especially when my friend @ilovestrings was accompanying him on violin 🌟👏💜 #siamesedream
