I love this energy 😆

Some people aren’t going to like the truth and freedom of expression your very being represents.

Bless them because the first stages of that journey aren’t always easy

And keep showing up because your authentic presence shakes up the cells of others until they remember too.

And once you get there it’s such a joy with the added bonus of a lot of laughter 😆

Raising a glass to the sacred rebels, and holding all the space for every beautiful soul here right now for this wondrous awakening 😘

I love you ❤️❤️❤️

After spending a whole 7 days off the farm I come back to this!

A business is only as good as its’ team and I’ve been lucky to have some great people help on the farm over the years. Michelle, Kyle, Leif and Tommy have been incredible help this year and kept the farm better than ever this last week. Thank you!

I’m hoping for a strong finish with the Shed Fridge running right into November. Thank you so much to everyone who supports us!

This photo means so much to me.

It reminds me how far we’ve come and what a tight family unit we are now after being treated unkindly by many for our personal choices.

Our long weekend was spent with beautiful people we now call soul family. I couldn’t be more proud of all of us, and am very grateful we all came through that intense time stronger, happier and more free than ever.

Not knowing when the vilification, exclusion and threats would stop, together we created plans, get togethers, message threads, and schools. We knew exactly what each other was going through and we’re each others’ rocks.

There’s always another opportunity to show courage.

Life is truly grand on this side of the fence. We know where we’re going, and we know we came for it. 💥

And we’re here for you when you’re ready.

If you don’t take action on the soul’s urging it just gets louder. Because it’s love.

@michellegb3 and I kept each other sane from 2020, well, onwards 😆 messaging on Signal and having epic convos about the many layers of this incredible time on the planet, and this pivotal moment of human evolution.

We have raged, cried and laughed a zillion times together these past 3 years and the best part is we’ve decided to start recording our convos in a new podcast.

The name and details will be released soon and we share mega healing tips and Lightweaving in every ep to support you all.

Here is an excerpt from ep 2 describing some of the healing work available.

Lightworkers, your time is now.

We came to support in the amazing way we can specifically for what people will be needing to navigate the many flavours of this time.

Much much Love 💫

💖💖💖

@onlyloveisreal.love and @kinsa_soqta_isqon you come up a lot 😁 as your support has been priceless 💖

I love a good challenge, I embrace change, & I very much try to see the beauty in even the mundane of tasks, but 2022 hands down you made life…..tough! My business and the mental health of my whole family was tested, & some events, that have forever changed us to the core, were simply out of our control!
.
But as I move into this year with intentions of prioritizing strong physical/mental health, time with family/friends, feeling joy of just doing exactly what makes me feel most myself & a moving to a more health focused & aligned business plan that fits our families needs, am I really changing? Am I choosing change because I’m being drawn to, or am I simply transitioning into who I’ve been destined to be, that simply took a detour?!
.
I’m truly not sure yet, but I do know it feels right! What do you think? Drop some emojis in the comments 👇.
Are we destined to be who we are meant to be #☄️
Or
Can we choose to change the course of our life #💫
.
Do you embrace change & transition #👠
Or
Does it scare the $hit out of you #👟

Today is my birthday!! 🎈 🎂
And I was able to celebrate by connecting with my inner self and doing a reiki session with @michellegb3.

It was the perfect way to fill my cup and feel gratitude towards my life, my new adventures, my business, and my friends and family.

I didn’t realize how empty my cup was until I felt it being filled up.

Celebrate my birthday with me, take a moment today and treat yourself to something. 5 minutes alone, a shopping spree, a glass of something you love, whatever it is you need to show yourself some love and gratitude.

And check out Michelle’s page for an amazing promo she is offering next week.

What a whirlwind this season has been so far! It’s been the best one yet thanks to all of our supporters and especially because of Sammy (and my Roo), Erik and Michelle helping out!

Things are slowing down this week in terms of harvest but field work is ramping up as fall prep is in full swing. I will have no (zero, zilch, notta) bagged greens this week but will have beets, carrots, green onions, parsley, cilantro, eggplants, peppers, cherry tomatoes, kale, Swiss chard etc. restocked in the shed fridge for tomorrow.

I will NOT be at the thornbury farmers market this Sunday but will be back for Sunday the 21st (😵‍💫 where did the season go?!)

I’m still learning and trying to figure out this song and dance so thank you for sticking with me and your patience and support!!

Thank you thank you!!

Matt
