As Summer 2024 wraps up, I’m reflecting on the highs and lows ✨ Grateful for a job that challenges and empowers me, and friendships that fill my cup. To everyone who made this summer unforgettable, thank you.

Editor’s Note: These are just the highlights – the real story has its ups and downs, but that’s for another time 😌

Meet Michelle, Head of Fundraising and Operations. ⭐

Michelle’s AAG journey began as a volunteer, and in April 2020, after adopting her own grandparent, she sensed a deeper calling to make a more significant impact. Fueled by a love of helping those in need, she wholeheartedly immersed herself in the charity’s daily operations.

Founder of Mychelle’s Baketique and Co-founder of Community Care, Michelle has the very important job of overseeing the screening and matching process for volunteers and grandparents—crucial for finding the perfect match. 🫶

Join Michelle in the “Dive into the Heart of Adopt a Grandparent” webinar as she details this incredible process, discussing the importance of crafting intergenerational connections. Delve into the reasons why caring for the older generation is not only beneficial for them but also enhances the overall well-being of our volunteers as well.

The countdown is on! Don’t miss this opportunity for valuable insights and thoughtful discussions! 🎤

📅 Date: January 24th, 2024
⏰ Time: 3:30 pm
📍 Virtual Venue: https://shorturl.at/isF03

Let’s join forces to create a positive change! 💙

@michroozy made us excited for summer fashion in her Teddi Overalls in Rainbow Speckled Black. 🖤✨ The drawstring at the waist allows for great growing room with a bump. 💁🏻‍♀️

Find something you can hold on to
Find someone who’ll be there for you
‘Cause that’s all that really matters in the end
Find somewhere you can come home to
Find someone that’ll die for you
‘Cause that’s all that really matters in the end
It’s love, love, love *with the holidays here and the busiest time to travel, remember to be kind to all those around you, on the plane, working at the hotels, taxis etc. Everyone wants to be loved and feel loved. Just a reminder to have a little extra patience this festive season because all that really matters is making beautiful memories you can hold on to. If issues arise, try to handle them with kindness because that goes a long way. Happy Holidays, spread love, not germs ❤️✌🏼🤘🏻🙏🏾🙌🫶🏻🧿🪬safe travels! #twohandsup #bauerbound @grandhyattbahamar @stregisbb @cansimoneta @miravalberkshires @fairmontscotsdl @fscostarica @fsanguilla @aceneworleans @grandvelasmaya @jwturnberry @ritzcarltonkeybiscayne @andronis_arcadia @panoptisescape @doradobeachreserve @etereoauberge @lacasadelaplaya @banyantreemayakoba @slsbahamar …And more
