One more from @thebarbershoplv - my husband was pretty confident I requested this song. I didn’t. 😂 But did I sing every single word other then the :54 that I videoed here? Sure did. 😂

We saw a band that I *think* I remember was called the Wild Wolves at @thebarbershoplv . All request cover band - they had a list of over 100 songs, you tip the band, and make your request. And they take Venmo! 😂

To satisfy the Instagram Copyright Goons - I claim no ownership of anything you can see or hear in this video.

Beignets and a Tequila Yuzu cocktail at The Henry in Las Vegas. The drink wasn’t as big as it looks 😂 and when I asked if I could take it to go, because I hadn’t finished it but wanted to, our waitress went “Girl, this is Vegas. Obviously you can take it.” 😂💀

Not me, getting brave enough to try to sneak a video of the flags in Michael Jackson One in #LasVegas right as that part of the show ends. 😂

@stripsteaklv which was absolutely worth the crazy wait times (hey, they never claimed to be FAST food!)

French Fries with ketchup, garlic aioli, and something that I remember as spicy ranch, but I’m sure it had a fancier sounding name than that.

Blistered Green Beans on Slide Two, which I’d 100% buy in a big bucket, like popcorn at the movies. 😂

The Wood Fired Bone Marrow. I’d never had bone marrow, and I always heard it was amazing, so I was excited to try it! It’s served with red onion jam and herbed bread crumbs - that’s the green you see, bone marrows not green - and it’s very oily and rich. It’s not a large quantity that you’re served, but you won’t want for more. Delicious, would order again. I mean, I’d order all of it again, but you get it. 😂

Breakfast - yes, really, somehow - at Wicked Spoon in Las Vegas.

Pork Belly, Loaded Mashed Potatoes and fresh pressed juices.

Slide Two - Fried Chicken Wings, but also stop it with the presentation, that’s so cute. 😍

Slide Three - Congee with Century Egg, which I liked both more AND less then I expected too. 😂 Congee is a rice porridge, made with ginger, and is common in Chinese households, often served to settle the stomach. Liked that way more than I expected to.

Century Egg, at least as it is traditionally made, is a cooked egg; cured for 100 years - “century”, get it? - in soot or ash. It’s beautiful to look at, but I liked that way less than I wanted to. 👎🏻

The @officialhardrock Casino bought the property that the Mirage currently occupies, to some extent - I don’t believe you can rent rooms there any longer, but the shell of the Mirage still exists.

Obviously they couldn’t just redecorate, they had to really put their stamp on the skyline. 🫡

So this was much.

We’re in Vegas. It’s hot, my battery is about on zero, and Jim wants to stop for ice cream. Cool, let’s do that.

We stop at Gordon Ramsays Fish and Chips, a place modeled on a British pub. They don’t serve a ton of stuff, but most of it’s fried, and the air is heavy with the smell of grease. It was much. 😜

Jim gets a shake. I see Sticky Toffee Pudding Pops on the menu, and yes. Cold, sweet, less than a full shake, love it. Bring it.

Guys? IT’S DEEP FRIED PUDDING ON A STICK. What are we even doing?!

I got really flustered by this sudden change in plans. Like, I started to tear up. 🙃 Then I started laughing, because was I honestly about to sit there and cry over pudding?! 😭😂

They were delicious, because Gordon Ramsay. And under my feet? Cigarette butts, and two pigeons fighting over a French Fry. Because Vegas, I guess.

By night, a glittering jewel in the desert.

By day…whatever on Earth this is. 😂

We were upgraded at @cosmopolitan_lv and this was the view from the balcony. Obsessed is putting it mildly.

I’d never pondered on how much infrastructure it takes to put on the @bellagio fountain show, I’d never seen it from above before! 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

We’re pretty positive someone was putting a lot of thought into it the week we were there, it seemed like there was someone out working on it every day!
