In May we started something I didn’t think was going to grow into what it’s become today. Seeing @crownpoint.runners grow from strangers into friends, into a full support network doing races and holding each other up in only a few short months has me floored. This community has brought me up and held me together personally in what has been the biggest transition in my life and I am so very grateful for all of you that run along side me.

This race was so much more than a relay, it was bonding, teamwork and love. We weren’t there to win the race, we were there just be with each other and show up, have some fun and finish.

Proud of everyone in the crew that did what they did.

Thanks to @runners_den for putting on a such a fun event and happy anniversary to you guys! Here’s to another 30!!!

Over the past two years I have had the privilege of working with some amazing souls and I want to take a moment to shine a light on how incredible they are.

As I reflect on their journeys, I am filled with gratitude and admiration for each of them and the remarkable paths they are forging:

Commitment to Growth

My clients are deeply committed to their personal growth. It’s truly inspiring to witness their willingness to let things surface, to sit in discomfort, and to embrace the challenges that come with transformation.

They understand that avoiding pain, fear, and discomfort isn’t the answer; instead, they face these feelings head-on, knowing they are integral to their evolution.

Embracing Alignment

They have discovered the profound power of alignment in their lives. The way they pursue clarity and maintain a sense of flow is nothing short of remarkable. They’ve learned to appreciate how it feels when everything clicks into place—when opportunities, abundance, and aligned relationships effortlessly come their way.

Seeing the Bigger Picture

What truly sets my clients apart is their ability to see beyond immediate obstacles. Their minds are clearer now; they’re not bogged down by challenges because they’ve cultivated a broader perspective. They lead with intuition, and as a result, amazing things have unfolded in their lives.

Radical Responsibility

They have taken radical responsibility for themselves. They understand that they are in control of the thoughts they choose and the energy they carry. This empowerment allows them to maintain their peace amidst external chaos. They are the leaders of their own lives, and it’s beautiful to witness.

Trusting the Process

Most importantly, they are committed to their evolution. They trust me to walk beside them through this process, and that trust is something I cherish deeply. Together, we navigate the ups and downs of this journey, celebrating every victory and learning from every setback.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your transformative journey. Your courage inspires me every day, and I am honored to support you as you continue to evolve into the incredible individuals you are meant to be.

Sometimes, when we realize we’ve outgrown parts of our lives—whether it’s old beliefs, goals, or even relationships—it can stir up feelings of guilt, or lead us to doubt ourselves. It’s as if acknowledging our growth somehow means admitting we were wrong before. But here’s the thing: outgrowing isn’t just okay; it’s a natural and necessary part of our journey.

Outgrowing something doesn’t mean there was something wrong with you; it’s a sign of growth, a testament to your evolution. It’s the universe’s way of showing you’re not meant to stay static. Each thing you outgrow is a marker of your progress, an indication that you’re moving forward, learning, and becoming more aligned with who you’re meant to be.

The process of outgrowing and moving on can feel unsettling, but it also opens the door to new possibilities. It’s an invitation to explore, to lean into the change, and to ask yourself, “Where am I being called to next?” This reflection isn’t about leaving a part of you behind; it’s about stepping into a new, more authentic version of yourself.

If you’re finding this transition challenging and aren’t sure how to navigate your next steps, that’s perfectly okay. Embrace this phase with curiosity. Lean into it. And if you’re wondering how to make this journey a bit smoother, my Momentum Map can guide you. It’s designed to give you the prompts you need, helping you move the needle in your life towards growth and fulfillment.

I’ve never been a “cat” person until Reme came along, yesterday was the worst as we had to say goodbye very suddenly to the best little lap warmer that could have come into my life. We will always miss you
