New month... New book!!! I am excited to share my new book, The Montessori Kitchen with you. It will be published this October and is now available for preorder! The Montessori Kitchen is part-cookbook and part-parenting book and it is a perfect guide for parents and children to play, learn and bond through cooking. I teamed up with Kristen Miglore @miglorious, an amazing recipe creator and cookbook author to write this book. Some things to know about the book: 🥘It has over 60 delicious, nutritious, unexpected, and interactive recipes and makes the kitchen the perfect playground for children to tackle new skills while developing healthy relationships with food. Some of the recipes were contributed by Montessori families. 🥘Kristen and I worked on the book over three years! I discovered she was a Montessori child while we were working on the book. We truly enjoyed working on the book together. 🥕It begins with wholesome, easy foods to eat during pregnancy, and grows with your family— through the early months of kitchen wearing to baby’s first solids to young children developing independent cooking skills of their own.
